Medium gluten flour 500 g

1: Add the yeast to warm water and let stand for 5 minutes, add sugar to the medium gluten flour and mix well.
2: Add yeast water to the flour, stir into a flocculent shape, and knead the dough by hand.
3: Add lard to the dough and continue kneading until smooth.
4: Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place to ferment.
5: Add a little sesame oil to the pan and add garlic cloves and green onion.
6: Add pork belly and fry on both sides.
7: Pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and three warm sugars.
8: Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
