After 1940, new varieties of buds appeared in the second generation of marshal varieties, and the third generation of marshal varieties mainly included new red star, bright red, top red and so on.

The Tianshui Huaniuzhai area began to focus on the development of marshal apples, and in the 80s of the 19th century, the apples produced in the Huaniuzhai area were almost "consistent".
In the eighties and nineties of the last century, when the American snake fruit had not yet entered the Chinese market, Huaniu apples were both hot and profitable, and the planting area continued to expand, and other areas in the mainland that planted marshal apples were also actively or passively called Huaniu.

But the specific marshal line of the cultivar, it is not easy to compare, there are many cultivars of Chinese flower cattle, and there are many cultivars of American snake fruit.

This is a market problem, the mainland produces millions of tons of flower cattle every year (I did not check the specific data, but the mainland has an annual output of more than 40 million tons of apples, and there are millions of tons of small flower cattle apples), the volume of goods is large, and different quality flower cattle are positioned at different prices in the high, medium and low-end markets.
Even if the apples imported by the mainland from the United States are all American snake fruits, they are less than 10,000 tons, with small quantities and high selling prices, and only target the high-end market.
To say that the high-end Chinese flower cattle compared to the American snake fruit, personally, I think the quality is comparable.
Obviously, our high-end flower cattle are also 2-3 times cheaper than snake fruit.
There are three reasons why there is such a large price gap
