The whistleblower said that Chen Jin had applied for a large number of scientific research grants from the state on the grounds of developing new chips, and these grants were not used for the research and development of chip technology at all, but all went into Chen Jin's personal pocket.
And Chen Jin's so-called "self-developed chip" actually asked foreign friends to help him secretly download the source code of Motorola, and after returning to China, Zhang Guan and Li Dai said that it was a new chip developed by himself.
After the first successful deception, Chen Jin tasted the sweetness, in order to continue to hide from the world, Chen Jin entrusted his younger brother in the United States to buy Motorola's latest chip to bring back to China.
And hired a migrant worker from a decoration company in the mainland to polish the Motorola logo on the chip, and reproduced the name of his own R&D team, which is what Chen Jin called a series of new chip achievements.
The poster said that Chen Jin's team is only 30 people, but there are only 3 core personnel, including him, "research and development" is empty talk, and the team with the wrong goods has not developed any products at all, so it is inevitable that there will be mistakes in terms of funding.
Once someone finds the slightest abnormality during the reconciliation, Chen Jin will immediately find a reason to expel him. In fact, the whistleblower is a member of the team, but he can't see countless Chinese people being deceived before exposing Chen Jin's lies.
