In order to further improve the reading literacy of school teachers, promote the construction of a scholarly campus, and advocate the concept of lifelong learning, the Bureau of Education, Culture and Sports of Weinan High-tech Zone recently organized a reading activity for teachers with the theme of "Studying Together and Meeting Beauty", and all Chinese teachers shared their fun and gains in this reading exchange.
Yang Ping: Sukhomlinsky mentioned in his book "Advice to Teachers": "Children are always changing, they are always new, and today is different from yesterday." Continuous learning allows us to discover new things in each child often, and each child is a complete world, without repetition, with its own characteristics. When a child stands in front of you, if you can perceive his joy and distress and give him heartfelt care and education, you can make teachers and students psychologically compatible.
Yan Chan: During the online teaching, I read Mr. Zhu Yongtong's book "Details of Education", Mr. Zhu Yongtong brought me inexplicable touches with warm and simple words, it turned out that in our daily educational activities, those seemingly casual small actions, such as an affirmative look, a gentle caress, a word of encouragement... These so-called unconscious are actually the details of education that Mr. Zhu Yongtong said, and paying attention to the details in education is to pay attention to education.
Wang Xueru: Recently, when I read the book "Cases and Stories of Effective Teaching" edited by Mr. Yu Wensen, I was full of admiration, and one of the sections "Winding Paths Lead to Secluded Places, When Children's Hearts Are Romantic" made me feel even more enlightened. In the case, it is written that when teaching "Kingfisher", some students had questions about the sentence "In an instant, a small fish was picked up and flew away against the surface of the water", why did the kingfisher pick up a small fish and fly away against the surface of the water? As a teacher, you will think that this is really a silly problem, after catching a fish and flying away, this is natural, and what is so strange? But it is such a trivial question that attracts students and arouses their strong desire to express. The children's wonderful imagination and life-like expression make themselves integrated into the text, regard the kingfisher as their closest companion, and thus understand the text more deeply. As a teacher, I can't help but think that sometimes "extraneous branches" may also become the beginning of students' thinking, and teachers and students will enter another hole together.
Liu Xiaoyun: "Little Beanie by the Window" is a masterpiece of Japanese writer Toruko Kuroyanagi, and after reading this book, it gives people a warm feeling. The experience of Xiaodoudou in the book made me understand that education can affect a child's life. As teachers, we must learn to listen, learn to praise, and learn to encourage!
Zhang Simin: "If you want to teach well, first be a reader", I think one of the best ways for teachers to improve themselves is to read diligently. Mr. Li Zhenxi's book "Be the Best Teacher" contains bits and pieces of his long 25-year teaching career. In the education he loves, Teacher Li "has no boring preaching, no bold words, and no vigorous heroic deeds, what he writes is just some ordinary daily teaching life, but it is these seemingly ordinary, but in fact true and credible discourses that introduce us to a world of love and let us be educated in love."
Wang Meina: Recently, I read Lao She's "Camel Xiangzi" again with the whereabouts of a rickshaw puller Xiangzi as a clue, taking the life of Beijing citizens in the late twenties as the background, and taking the bumpy and tragic life experience of rickshaw puller Xiangzi as the main plot, profoundly exposing the darkness of old China, accusing the ruling class of exploitation and oppression of laborers, expressing the author's deep sympathy for the working people, and showing people the picture of the poor citizens at the bottom of Beijing living in the abyss of misery under the chaos of warlords and dark rule.
Fortunately, we live in today's beautiful society, in the face of the sudden epidemic, the country has not abandoned everyone, we must be grateful, do not forget our original intention, and return to the society.
Liu Fan: As a masterpiece of rigorous structure and profound realism, "Camel Xiangzi" reveals to us through vivid description: the unjust society of cannibalism not only deprives the people at the bottom of any opportunity to turn around economically, plunders their legitimate rights to a legitimate marriage and love life, but also completely destroys their spiritual world. The work revolves around the typical character of Shoko. The image shaping, with his life experience and mental journey from struggle to depravity as the main line, depicts a real picture of old China intertwined with blood and tears.
