How terrifying can simon Haye, the world's number one sniper, be?

Dressed in a white camouflage suit and pedaling skis around in the snow, he is known as the White Death.

In the Soviet-Finnish War, he shot and killed 542 Soviet troops in less than four months, sniping a total of 705 people in his conquest.

Simon Haye was born in Finland in 1905 to a family of ordinary hunters.

Since he was a child, he followed his father to the mountains to hunt and developed an excellent hunting skill.

At the age of 20, Simon Haye enlisted in the army.

But Finland was very peaceful at the time, and his good marksmanship did not work, and after the expiration of his service, he was discharged from the army normally and returned to his home as a hunter.

When the Soviet-Finnish War broke out in 1939, Finland, with its number of troops at the time, was unable to fight against the large Number of Soviet Unions.

Waves of veterans have rejoined the military under government propaganda, and Simon Hayer is no exception.

In the face of the illegal invasion of the Soviet army, the fighters were highly motivated.

In a situation where the weak is against the strong, a head-on confrontation is clearly not good for Finland.

As a result, Finland has significantly increased the participation of snipers in the war.

Simon Haye is the most powerful sniper of these.

It was winter, and Finland had a harsh climate, snow and short daylight hours.

Simon Haye, who has loved skiing since childhood, is very fast when he stepped on his snowboard.

And because he was so familiar with the mountainous environment, the Soviet blockade of the transportation hub had almost no impact on him.

He often hid in forests or meadows, attacking the soviet troops in tan uniforms who were walking.

Once someone is targeted by him, he can no longer hide from the clutches of the god of death.

Some soldiers were so timid that they dared to lie on the ground and strafe Simon Hayer, not daring to look up.

So there will be a hole in their butts.

The night was the most difficult period for the Soviet army.

It was so cold that they had to keep warm by the fire.

But after igniting the fire, their position was exposed to the Finnish snipers and became a living target in the eyes of the snipers.

The Soviets therefore avoided camping in the wild as much as possible, and occasionally soldiers could not stand the cold and lit torches with a mentality of waiting for death.

Simon Hayer never mounted a sight on his rifle when shooting.

Because he believes that on the one hand, the sight is easy to frost in winter, on the other hand, his head must be raised higher and there is a greater risk of exposure.

Simon Hayer had two guns.

One is the M28 rifle, which is slightly shorter than the original Mosin Nagant rifle, capable of long-range fire from 700 meters away.

Since he was only 1 meter 6, the gun was just right for him.

The other was a fierce submachine gun that could suppress the Soviets in a short time and escape quickly.

He used the two together, repeatedly retreating from the soviet army's encirclement and suppression of all aspects.

But not every time Simon Hayer managed to escape.

Once he was accidentally hit by a Soviet Dam bullet, and nearly half of his head was missing.

But shockingly, Simon Hayer miraculously survived.

It's just that his face has become very vicious as a result.

Simon Haye is good at war but not in love with war.

In addition to hunting, he enjoys painting, carving, and keeping animals at home.

After the war, he rose from first class to second lieutenant and became a national hero in the eyes of the Finns.

He took the titles very flat and returned to his hometown shortly after, where he died at the age of 96.

He remains the holder of the world's best sniper performance.
