In the third district of Yinhe Life, Songhe Road, Fancheng, the parking shed at the entrance of the community was locked by the property and could not be used, and the situation of flying wire charging increased.
Residents of the community reported that the property was ready to transform the original carport into a façade, but did not obtain the consent of the owners.
The property of the community explained that there are more than 260 households in the community, mainly inhabited by the employees of the original woolen mill and the Galaxy Company, and after the renovation of the community in 2017, it was handed over to the property company for management. But in the past few years, the owners have not paid the property fees, parking fees, garbage removal fees, etc.
The property company can only rely on a row of houses at the entrance of the community to rent out, but it still can't make ends meet, so it wants to change the parking shed at the gate into a façade, and there are already charging carports in other locations in the community.
The owners said that there are more than 200 electric vehicles in the community, and the current two carports cannot meet the parking and charging needs at all. After receiving complaints from the owners, the Wangzhai Sub-district Office and the local community have stopped the renovation of the property.
The Fancheng Wangzhai Street Comprehensive Law Enforcement Center said that when the community was renovated, because the original carport was not enough, it was agreed that the community built the current carport at the gate, which is a temporary building, and the property owner cannot change its use at will.
