If you're still playing Roll 5 and want to be able to talk to other players with obscure advice messages like you did in Eldon's Ring of Law, you're lucky to have a mod that implements that feature right now.
Player communication in the Dark Souls series and now Eldon's Circle of Law is definitely the weirdest way to do multiplayer, but they also provide a sense of community that many other games don't have. Now, thanks to mods made by Skyrim Building Bridges, players can communicate in a similar way in Roll 5.
Mod's description states: "This plugin allows players to interact with each other by leaving information in the game world. This information will appear in other players' games, and you will also see what they write. The description goes on to explain that these messages can be generated in the official DLC or mods found in Nexus or anywhere else.
Unlike the Souls series of games, any favorite message can be written in mods, rather than giving people a limited vocabulary pool. While this may dispel the mystery of the messages in the Souls series, it does help players more than usual. There is also a rating system where players can manage their messages at any time or report them.
Mod maker TommInfinite even shows what the mod looks like, showing players how their information can appear as a small sticky note in the Overworld. It's a really cute addition to RollIng 5 and makes the journey feel less lonely.
While the long wait for The Elder Scrolls 6 continues, it's worth reminiscing about Roll 5's journey. In addition, Bethesda will launch the Xbox & Bethesda Game Showcase at 1:00 a.m. on June 13, and interested friends should not miss it.
