On 25 April 2022, Lamborghini announced the roll-off of the 20,000th Huracán: an eye-catching matte Grigio Acheso (grey) STO model for customers from the Principality of Monaco. The road-compliant supercar Huracán STO (Super Trofeo Omologata), which has a racing soul, represents the peak of performance of Huracán road models, further expanding the Huracán family. The success of the Huracán model has lasted for eight years, during which time 12 road versions and 3 racing versions have been introduced, and the rich product range has made the Huracán model attractive over time. Since 2014, customers have opted for the hardtop and convertible models, which accounted for 71% and 29%, respectively. In terms of market performance, over the past eight years, more than 32% of Huracán models have been delivered in the US market, ranking first, followed by the UK and Chinese markets. 2014: First hard-to-roof model LP 610-4

The first Huracán hardtop version, the LP 610-4, debuted at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, features four-wheel drive and delivers 610 hp of power, accelerating from 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 325 km/h. Innovative parts of the model include the Lamborghini ANIMA driving mode selection system, the LPI inertial platform system with on-board gyroscope, the dual fuel injection system and the all-vehicle LED light source, becoming an industry pioneer in the supercar segment. 2015: Huracán LP 580-2 brings a rear-drive driving experience

Compared to the four-wheel-drive Huracán LP 610-4, the Huracán LP 580-2 is rear-wheel drive and is powered by a lower-power engine, the same 5.2-litre V10 engine that delivers 580 hp, 533 Nm peak torque and a top speed of 320 km/h. Without four-wheel drive, Lamborghini engineers were able to reduce the Huracán LP 580-2 by 33 kg, resulting in a net body weight of only 1,389 kg. Unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2016, the Huracán LP 580-2 rear-drive convertible is also powered by a 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 engine that delivers 580 horsepower. The discerning design further optimises aerodynamics and driving dynamics, with the new Model, which perfectly inherits the exceptional performance of the Huracán Performante, delivers up to 640 horsepower, rear-wheel steering and torque vectoring, and is equipped with the new Lamborghini LDVI Vehicle Dynamic Control System with predictive logic.
