Experts unanimously held that "Wangdao" stood at the ideological height of the great historical view, through clear sorting, made an in-depth comparison between the changes in the world situation and China's reality, examined the Chinese revolution in the overall pattern of the world revolution, and refined the theme and intention of the work; the writer consulted a wealth of materials, and on the basis of respecting historical facts, wrote the high passion of the times, the clear political viewpoint, and the firm critical stand of the "Communist Manifesto.". The powerful ideological appeal and the great spiritual force that changes the oppressed fate of the world proletariat; the whole book is full of thick historical ink, and it also has a vivid literary pen, depicting a large number of benevolent people represented by Chen Wangdao, with different gods, very different temperaments and temperaments, and vivid life, and better handles the relationship between the journalistic and literary nature of reportage literature, and reads it simply, naturally, smoothly and vividly.
Xu Jingeng said that the original intention of the creation was to write Chen Wangdao, and after repeated deliberation, he decided to write "Wangdao". This is because Chen Wangdao is the translator of the Communist Manifesto, not the author of the Communist Manifesto. Between the author and the translator, there is a long time tunnel, from west to east, rugged and rugged, and dangerous. A large number of aspirants, holding high this torch, have the ambition for change, look after the way of truth, and grope in the darkness. Chen Wangdao is one of the torch bearers, he is not alone, there are a number of "Wangdao" around him.
