A cash dividend of RMB1.20 (including tax) will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares.

Lianying Laser pointed out that the main reasons for the performance growth are: due to the impact of the new crown epidemic in 2020, production and installation and commissioning work was delayed, resulting in a low base, while there were more new orders signed in the previous year, and the production and installation and commissioning work in the reporting period returned to normal, which made the operating performance in the reporting period increase significantly compared with the same period last year; the net cash flow generated by operating activities was -10,208,579.67 yuan, down 103.98% year-on-year, mainly due to the expansion of business scale, raw material procurement, Personnel compensation expenditure and tax payment increased compared with the previous period.

Among them, during the reporting period, the newly signed orders were 3.599 billion yuan (including tax), an increase of 138.66% over the previous year, of which 85.30% of the newly signed orders came from the power battery industry, providing a guarantee for the company's subsequent performance growth.

In terms of production capacity, in order to meet the equipment demand for equipment that has increased significantly due to the expansion of power battery manufacturers, Lianying Laser actively plans to expand production capacity. The company's production capacity is mainly determined by two factors: the area of the production site and the number of employees. In terms of sites, the second phase of the company's Jiangsu base has been put into use in the first half of the reporting period, with 34,000 square meters of plants and supporting facilities; the third phase has begun construction in the second half of the reporting period, and it is planned to build 52,000 square meters of new plants and laboratories.

The first phase of the Huizhou base has been put into use in the fourth quarter of the reporting period, with a construction area of 73,000 square meters, of which the production plant area is 47,000 square meters; the second phase is also under construction in the second half of the reporting period, and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2022, with a planned new construction area of 65,000 square meters, of which the production plant area is 50,000 square meters. In order to expand production capacity and provide customers with better services, the company has set up a subsidiary in Yibin, Sichuan during the reporting period, planning the construction of Yibin base, planning to build 50,000 square meters of plant and supporting facilities. With the completion of the above construction project, the company's production site will more than triple at the end of 2020.

From the perspective of research and development, in terms of laser research and development, fiber lasers have completed the full range of single-mode 100-3000W and multi-mode 100-6000W lasers, built a fiber laser production line, and improved the production process. In the optical fiber device, the cpSQBH beam combiner and other optical fiber devices have been partially self-made and replaced by research and development. On the blue laser, the 1000W 600um blue laser production standardization was realized, and on this basis, a prototype of the low-power air-cooled blue laser 100W was developed, and in order to break through the blue light brightness, the 2000W principle prototype was designed and developed and the power was successfully broken through to more than 2000W. On the laser outlet head, a new type of swing welding head has been developed for swing welding, coaxial fixed focus optical system is used to replace laser ranging to achieve focus measurement, and a variety of beam distribution welding heads such as bifocal and SFH special spot morphology have been developed.

In terms of automation research and development, the company has developed the design and manufacture of adapter welding machines, ultrasonic welding machines, top cover welding machines, and sealing nail welding machines for blade battery assembly and welding processes; developed a whole line 40PPM, a single machine 22PPM sealing nail welding machine, which has greatly improved the efficiency, stability, and kinetic rate of the welding line equipment in the middle of the battery cell; developed new products such as CTP flexible module production line, air and cold water cold energy storage production line, PACK welding station and so on.

In terms of process research and development, Lianying Laser completes the research and development of the soldering process of rectangular spot, realizes the development of high-precision spot solder paste, completes the verification of the blue composite solder ball welding process, and realizes the laser soldering application with high efficiency and stability. Complete the welding process of SFH laser welding head technology for motor silicon steel, which can solve the problems of cracks, weld mutations, splashes, soot and other problems in the industry product. Completed the research on the sealing and welding process of small steel shell batteries such as wearable headphones and VR in the field of consumer electronics.
