Optical Library Technology introduces a 20 kW Dragon laser output head

With its extensive application in the processing of materials such as cutting, welding, drilling, cladding, etc., continuous fiber lasers have become the fastest growing laser classification in recent years. Among them, the application of 10,000-watt cutting and handheld welding has shown explosive growth.

In order to better meet the current eager market demand, Optical Library Technology has developed three QBH interface compatible laser output heads: 10,000-watt laser output heads, kilowatt-class laser output heads, and lightweight laser output heads for handheld welding applications, providing customers with solutions that balance performance and cost.

1. Dragon 20 kW high power laser output head

(10,000-watt laser output head)

Optical Library Technology introduces a 20 kW Dragon laser output head

The large-end cap high damage threshold design can withstand 20 kW of output power, good resistance to high return reflective performance and low transmission loss. The product adopts indirect water cooling and safety interlocking technology, which is safer and more stable. The parallel design of the water cooling tube saves space and is easier to assemble.

2. Dragon 6 kW high power laser output head

(kilowatt-class laser output head)

Optical Library Technology introduces a 20 kW Dragon laser output head

Integrated high-power cladding optical stripper and end cap welding with low transmission loss, high load carrying power and high reflective light tolerance. The product adopts indirect water cooling and safety interlocking technology, which is safer and more stable. The parallel design of the water cooling tube saves space and is easier to assemble.

3. Dragon 3 kW lightweight laser output head

(Handheld welding laser output head)

Optical Library Technology introduces a 20 kW Dragon laser output head

The lightweight design, small size, light weight, and easy bending of the armor cable greatly improve the flexibility of handheld operation. Withstands 3 kW of continuous output power with uniform spot energy distribution and low beam quality degradation. The product can be adapted to a variety of interfaces such as welding heads, handheld welding guns, collimation components and so on.
