However, some small-power fast charging cars are in use, and there will be the problem of outputting 5V when the two ports are connected at the same time, which greatly affects the charging experience.
In view of the problem that small-power multi-port car charging can not output fast charging at the same time, Greenlink has launched a dual-port fast-charging car with independent support of 20W and a total output power of 40W, and the car charger also has short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection and overheating protection functions, which is more reassuring to use, and this is due to the use of the zhirong fast charging program.

GreenLink 40W dual C-port car charging and disassembly
After understanding the basic design performance of the GreenLink 40W dual C-port car charger, we will disassemble it below to see how the materials work.
The plastic housing with the snap fastening is removed along the output side, and the two PCB boards inside the car can be seen.
Remove the circuit board inside the car charge.
Two independent buck circuits are used inside the car charge, resulting in a single output of 20W and a dual output of 40W.
The internal circuits of the car charge are all insulated with barley paper.
The car charging circuit design is clear, in order of input fuse, synchronous buck chip, protocol chip and VBUS switch tube, thanks to the high integration of the buck scheme, the circuit scheme is clear, and the components are streamlined.
On the other side is the same buck circuit, the two buck circuits are consistent, the output performance is consistent, and both support 20W independent fast charge output.
The internal welded enameled wire of the car filling cathode spring reduces the internal resistance, and the two small plates are fixed by welding the metal sheet.
The positive input is close-up, the spring is fixed to the metal plate connecting the two small plates, and the enameled wire weld connects the spring ends.

The car charging input adopts silicon power synchronous rectifier buck chip, model SP1259HN, which is a 40V input synchronous buck converter with an output current of up to 4.8A. The chip has an integrated switch tube, the output current limit can be set by an external resistor, the switching frequency is programmable, and the line loss compensation is programmable.
The SP1259HN has a reduced number of peripherals in a QFN20-5*5mm package for automotive, fast charging, and general purpose buck converter applications.

The protocol chip adopts Zhirong SW2303, which is a highly integrated USB Type-C/Type-A interface fast charging protocol chip developed by Zhirong, which supports mainstream fast charging protocols such as PD, QC, FCP, high and low voltage SCP, AFC, SFCP and PE; supports two working modes of optocoupler feedback and FB feedback.
The SW2303 integrates a CV/CC control loop, Type-C interface logic, a fast charge protocol controller, and a variety of safety protection functions. Together with AC-DC or DC-DC and a small number of peripheral components, a complete high-performance Type-C/Type-A fast charging solution can be formed.

The charging head network disassembly learned that Zhirong SW2303 has previously been adopted by dozens of products such as Beth 87W dual-mode hybrid gallium nitride fast charge, Anker foldable mini 20W fast charge, QCY 65W 1A1C gallium nitride fast charge, Huakesheng mini 22.5W fast charge, JinHotai mini 25W PD fast charge, Yilike 45W PD fast charge, Kexun mini 20W PD fast charger and so on.
The output VBUS switch tube adopts Ruijun RU30L30M, PMOS tube, withstand voltage 30V, conductive resistance 12mΩ, and adopts PDFN3333 package. A 15mΩ resistor above the tube is used for SW2303 output current sensing.
