What are the admission batches for the new college entrance examination?
Candidates in our province are divided into general classes, sports and arts, of which sports and art can be applied for general classes at the same time. The admission work of high enrollment is carried out in batches, with 4 batches of advanced undergraduates, undergraduates, advanced higher vocational (junior college) and higher vocational (junior college) for general and art categories, and 2 batches of undergraduate and higher vocational (junior college) for physical education.

Undergraduate batch why
One or two irreclassified lines?
Our province will merge the undergraduate batches from the new college entrance examination, and no longer distinguish between one and two.
The "Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System" (Guo Fa [2014] No. 35) clearly states that it is necessary to "create conditions to gradually cancel the batch of college admissions". The merger of undergraduate batches reflects the overall direction of national reform and can better meet the development needs of universities, candidates and society.
■ From the perspective of universities, it is conducive to diluting the cognitive misunderstanding of evaluating colleges and universities based on one book and two theories, and better motivating colleges and universities to pay attention to the development of connotation, give full play to their own advantages, and focus on the development of characteristic majors and talent training;
■ From the perspective of candidates, it is conducive to further increasing the range of candidates' choices, guiding candidates to choose schools and majors more rationally based on their personal aspirations, subject interests, and personality strengths, so as to promote the healthy growth of candidates;
■ From a social perspective, it is conducive to reversing the one-sided orientation of simply evaluating different types of colleges and universities by admission batches, promoting equal employment of college graduates, and promoting the fair development of higher education.
