He is revered as "Shao Gong", my colleague Zhou Shaowen Teacher.
According to the Zhou family tree, the Shaogong family is in the AilianTang number, and he is the 34th generation descendant of Zhou Dunyi, the author of "Ailian Theory". Although his relationship with Zhou Dunyi is very distant, he can also be regarded as a scholar, and his father Zhou Shuyi was also a well-known private school master during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation.
Perhaps he was influenced by his ancestor Zhou Dunyi and liked to read since he was young. At that time, most of the books he read were mathematical, physical and chemical, and no matter where he went to, except for English, he was by no means the master of the class, and he never embarrassed the school leaders. He regretted that he had never studied at a university in his life, but fortunately in the 80s, he had the opportunity to go to Yancheng Teachers College for two and a half years of training, and obtained a college diploma Chinese, which finally fulfilled his college dream.

As long as there is a recommended new book catalog in the newspaper, see the right one, he will do everything possible to buy, and most of the types of books purchased are literary, historical and philosophical, especially ancient poetry and ancient literature.

He also counted Lincoln's great historical exploits: his integrity, benevolence, and strong personality made him one of the most admired presidents in American history. He bought more than a dozen books on the study of "Dream of the Red Chamber", and each edition basically had it by various famous artists.
However, online book shopping sometimes encounters "Li ghost". This year he met once, he saw that there were books on the Tang poetry list on the Internet for sale, and immediately placed an order, but when the book was sent over and opened, he was confused! Sometimes when he goes out, everywhere he goes, Xinhua Bookstore is his must-go place. He often said: "If you don't go to Xinhua Bookstore, you don't get to this place." After several years of accumulation, Shao Gong's family collection reached more than 3,000 books, and walking into his family was like walking into a family library, and a strong aroma of books came to his nose. Books were filled in bookcases, on tables, on beds, and on stools. I can't put it in my own home, and there are many books in the bookcase of my son's house.
"If you buy a book or not read it, you are a good dragon." Shao Gong is not the legendary Ye Gong! His reading is a bit like Yuan Ming's Huang Sheng, "and his reading must also be specialized" and "he is worried about playing endlessly", and he can eat his spirit thoroughly. Generally use the afternoon time, at this time he does not go out and will not be a guest, concentrate on reading.
"Wrapped in a coarse cloth, there is poetry and bookishness in the belly." Shao Gong, an ordinary rural teacher, gained insights from the book and formed his own thoughts and opinions.
He once used the three words "shang, stop, and correct" to share with his colleagues the experience of reading the "I Ching": Shang, the former gua of the "I Ching", "Tianxingjian, a gentleman should be self-reliant"; Stop, the "I Ching" Of Gong Gua: Emphasize that life should stop when it stops, excessive greed, and it is difficult to fill in the gap, then it will be full of regrets; Zheng, the Ding Gua of the "I Ching", life must take the right path, can not take the evil path, and good and evil have been the same as ice charcoal since ancient times. Shao Gong's reading of the I Ching really read the true meaning of life.
Shao Gong loves to read "Dream of the Red Chamber" and loves to study red. Before he retired, he told students many times in class the story of Lin Daiyu teaching Xiangling to learn poetry. Educate his students to read poems as Lin Daiyu said, and strive to read the poems of Wang Wei, Du Fu, and Li Bai well, because the poems of Li Bai, Du Fu, Wang Wei, Tao Yuanming, and so on represent the essence of classical Chinese poetry; they must also read and speculate carefully, understand the artistic conception through literature, and experience the meaning of poetry; jump out of the trap of thinking, and poetry must not fall into the clichés. He believes that the three poems written by Xiangling are better than the other, and they have reached the state of "elegance" from "customary". "The essence wants to cover up the difficulty, and the shadow is from Juanjuan's coldness." An anvil knocks a thousand miles white, and the half-round chicken sings five more crippled. The autumn flute on the green river, the red-sleeved building head night leaning railing. Bode Chang'e should ask herself, why not reunite Forever?" This poem is the third poem written by Xiang Ling. Except for the first link, the sentences seem to be not written months, but the sentences are related to the month. The words are elegant and subtle, and the meaning is novel and chic. In particular, the jaw joint is stable for the battle, and the words are shallow and deep, which can be called exquisite. Its biggest advantage is that it fits Xiangling's own life, borrows the moon and embraces people, and reveals a sense of truth.
Shao Gong never read the book, the world thinks that the last 40 times of "Dream of the Red Chamber" is written by Gao Hu, but he thinks that it is very likely that it is Cao Xueqin's original work, because Daiyu's death and Baoyu's renunciation are very successful, which is very consistent with the content of the first 80 times, and may be Cao Xueqin's last 40 times due to illness, the future has time to consider it.
