The annual report shows that Fluorite Network has submitted an IPO application; Hikvision Robot intends to spin off and list, and the relevant preparatory work is being promoted.

In recent years, affected by the intelligent transformation of the whole industry, mobile robots have entered a period of rapid development. According to the data of China Mobile Robot (AGV/AMR) Industry Alliance, the statistics of the Industrial Research Institute of the New Strategic Industry Research Institute, in 2021, the overall sales of industrial application mobile robots (AGV/AMR) by Enterprises in the Chinese market were 72,000 units, an increase of 75.61% over 2020, and the market sales reached 12.6 billion yuan (overseas sales of 2.5 billion yuan), an increase of 64% year-on-year.
