Hikvision Robots
On January 18, 2022, Hikvision issued an announcement that Hikvision Robot will invest 1.534 billion yuan in self-financing to build an intelligent manufacturing (Tonglu) base project, with a planned land area of 190 mu in Tonglu County, Hangzhou City, with a planned construction area of about 310,000 square meters, for the construction of An intelligent manufacturing factory of Hikvision Robot. The planned production capacity is 100,000 mobile robot products and 5 million sets of machine vision products per year.
In addition to investing in the construction of the factory, the R&D center of Hikvision Robot will also be further expanded. Hikvision Robot will invest 1.166 billion yuan in self-financing to build the construction project of Hikvision Robot Product Industrialization Base, with a planned land area of 45 mu in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, with a planned construction area of about 165,000 square meters, mainly used for the office, research and development sites and supporting facilities of Hikvision Robot.
In addition, Hikvision Robot Xi'an R&D Center will further expand the scale of research and development, and it is planned to continue to expand by 70% on the basis of the existing R&D personnel in 2022.
Hai Rou innovation
In 2021, the construction of Hairou's factory in Wuxi began, which covers an area of 10,000 square meters and has a designed monthly production capacity of 500 units. Ji Zhi Jia
In March 2021, Yancheng Jizhijia Robot Co., Ltd. held the first product off-line ceremony. As an important production base and external sales window for logistics robots, Yancheng Jizhijia Company will build a "black light factory" of "robot manufacturing robot". After the factory is fully put into operation, it can produce a full range of jizhijia robots, with an annual output of 10,000 units.

In addition, AGV companies, especially start-up companies, mostly do not have their own factories, and production mainly relies on FOUNDCG. This model is suitable for the early development needs of enterprises, limited funds can be more invested in product research and development and design, in the production end does not need to invest too much cost, but into the development period, enterprises have a certain capital base, while the business volume is in rapid growth, self-built production system is the way most enterprises will choose, so that they can better adjust the production rhythm according to the actual business needs, and at the same time can better standardize production to ensure product consistency and stability.
