Regional technical experts conduct in-depth research on local market needs and work with local partners to provide innovative products and solutions in a targeted manner. According to the data released by Hikvision Robot Machine Vision New Technology and New Product Launch Conference in 2022, its machine vision business has served more than 7,000 customers worldwide; according to the data released by Hikvision Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Conference in September 2021, its mobile robot business has served more than 1,500 customers worldwide and delivered more than 30,000 robots.

Manufacturing is the real economy, and users attach great importance to the feasibility of landing new technologies, as well as the practical value of cost reduction and efficiency improvement brought about by large-scale commercialization.

In 2021, Hikvision Robot will help a well-known Japanese apparel group cope with massive orders and meet the pain points of the season change. In the 11,000㎡ intelligent warehouse, 181 intelligent mobile robots were jointly deployed. Double-row shelves are densely stored, and the storage capacity is expanded by an additional 10%. The "goods to people" operation mode saves 40% of the total working hours of invalid walking, and employees only need to operate at the workstation to complete the picking and listing of goods, which greatly improves work efficiency. The project has achieved efficient and accurate management and allocation of various types of items.

In Europe, as early as 2018, Hikvision Robotics helped Superdry land a "goods-to-people" pilot project in the Burton-upon-Trent warehouse, covering a warehouse area of about 8,000 square feet, and the processing speed and accuracy of the goods far exceeded expectations. With the success of the pilot project, in the first half of 2020, the outlet once again introduced 40 mobile robots to handle all women's clothing picking and returns, from retail and e-commerce to wholesale. It is reported that Superdry plans to continue to expand its own robot "fleet", will launch 20 mobile robots to the Belgian warehouse, and promote the synchronous automation and intelligent transformation of warehouses around the world.
