First, the basic description of the project

Ligong is a precision processing enterprise with a history of 36 years, and the internal "future workshop" is a discrete flexible production site with 24-hour operation, which is equipped with nearly 100 sets of cnc processing equipment of internationally renowned brands. In 2019, the future workshop will gradually upgrade intelligent production, and the unloading process on CNC processing equipment has been controlled by dozens of intelligent unattended robots. In 2021, the intelligent transformation will continue to be upgraded, and three sets of high-seeking composite autonomous mobile robots will be invested in the future workshop for material flow in the production process. Gaoxun's flexible and safe design is based on the new requirements of the intelligent manufacturing industry, interacting with people and creating a safe and collaborative working environment. GaoXun is loaded with multiple sensors and deeply integrated so that it has a 360-degree perception without dead angles, and can actively bypass obstacles and stop driving. After Gaoxun put into production, the time spent by front-line employees in the workshop on the transportation of materials that do not produce direct economic benefits has been greatly reduced, the symbiotic relationship between people and production has been further rewritten, and the production efficiency and production quality have been more effectively guaranteed.

Second, the project is innovative

Gaoxun is a general-purpose collaborative, composite autonomous mobile robot for a standard industrial environment based on autonomous driving technology and Industry 4.0 standards, with functions such as building environmental maps, independently planning paths, autonomous execution paths, and safe obstacle avoidance;

The mobile stop position accuracy of the autonomous mobile robot is high, and the positioning accuracy of the collaborative robot arm is plus or minus 0.03mm, which can meet the demanding product accuracy requirements in the field of precision machining;

Artificial intelligence vision module support, the use of deep learning to carry out all-round detection of silo materials, to prevent wrong materials, missing materials, to ensure that the material flow is accurate;

The self-developed TOS man-machine control system includes the integrated control of the mobile robot chassis and collaborative robot arm and other PLC subordinate automation machines, and the automation products that originally belonged to multiple different systems and intelligent products are opened up in a closed-loop control in one system, making it easier for users to get started and the learning cost is low.

The control part of the collaborative robot is integrated into the TOS system interface to achieve integrated control, which is completely separated from the robot teach pendant in terms of routine operation and use, and truly integrates human-computer interaction.

In terms of autonomous navigation, automatic obstacle avoidance, and task planning, Gaoxun optimizes the algorithm and underlying logic based on the actual scenarios of processing and manufacturing enterprises and worker logic, and more efficiently matches the use environment and usage habits of the processing workshop.
