F1 undertook major regulatory overhauls ahead of the 2022 season, with the aim of bringing people closer together, making it easier for cars to follow and improving overtaking.

Haas was the first team to release a 2022 car, followed by Red Bull, but both cars look strikingly similar to the 2022 show cars we saw in the middle of 2021. In fact, Haas confirmed that this was a livery design launch for them, while Red Bull explained that the RB18 would look different by the start of pre-season testing. Of course, a new era like this means that the car will continue to develop and change, but Aston Martin did show off the real amr22 at the February 10 press conference. It gave us a chance to feel some of the practical innovations that the engineers did come up with for these new cars, and now Aston Martin is showing us what one of the cars looks like on the track.

After the launch, Aston Martin took a test drive at Silverstone the next day, and Lance Stoll had the privilege of getting out of the garage and starting a new day that kicked off a new era in F1, with impressive new 18-inch tires and taller front wing. We can also see the box air intake design on the Aston Martin side box, as well as the cooling shutters.

Aston Martin ventured out of the AMR22 and disclosed these key innovations, and then they took another risk and put the AMR22 straight off the track. Teams want to do this in order to maximize the use of available time to identify and resolve issues.

In an interview with the media, andy Green, the team's chief technology officer, said: "We will make adjustments tomorrow and what we really want to do is make adjustments as early as possible, check the systems in the car. The car is absolutely brand new, and the pre-season test time is very short, and the second test is so close to the first race that it is almost impossible to react. ”
