1. Hainan: the highest subsidy is 4 million yuan!

On March 30, 2022, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hainan Province issued the "Several Measures to Encourage the Use of New Energy Vehicles in Hainan Province in 2022" (hereinafter referred to as the Measures).

The "Measures" make it clear that from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, if a new vehicle (including postal express and urban logistics distribution vehicles) is purchased in our province and registered in the province, after the mileage of 30,000 kilometers is calculated within one year from the time of vehicle registration, each vehicle of heavy, medium, light and below can apply for an operating service subsidy of 30,000 yuan, 20,000 yuan and 10,000 yuan respectively.

2. Foshan: the highest subsidy is 115,000 yuan!

On March 25, 2022, the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Transportation issued the Administrative Measures for the Operation support funds of Foshan New Energy City Delivery Trucks, which will be implemented from April 20, 2022 and will be valid until June 30, 2025.

Among them, the subsidy standards for hydrogen energy trucks and pure electric trucks are clarified, and the maximum annual subsidy for light hydrogen energy trucks, medium-sized hydrogen energy trucks and hydrogen energy refrigerated vehicles is 75,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan and 115,000 yuan per vehicle; for five new energy distribution models of micro-surface light closed electric trucks, medium-sized light closed electric trucks, light van electric trucks, medium-sized van electric trucks and electric refrigerated vehicles, the maximum annual subsidy per vehicle is 0.6 million yuan, 12,000 yuan, 18,000 yuan, 24,000 yuan, 30,000 yuan.

3. Zhengzhou: Subsidized by battery power 157 yuan / KWh

On December 14, 2021, a number of departments in Zhengzhou jointly issued the "Zhengzhou New Energy City Freight Distribution Vehicle Operation Subsidy Implementation Plan".

4. Taizhou: Green freight vehicles up to 28,000 / unit

The Administrative Measures for the Operation Awards and Supplements of New Energy Vehicles for Urban Green Freight Distribution in Taizhou City will be implemented from July 1, 2021.

New energy distribution vehicles are rewarded according to different models and mileage. 5. Nantong: The maximum reward for new energy trucks is 20,000 yuan

On May 27, 2021, the Nantong Municipal Transportation Bureau issued the "Nantong Urban Green Freight Distribution Enterprise Assessment Management and Vehicle Operation Award Supplement Plan".

The measures are rewarded according to the three categories of new energy light closed trucks, light vans, and refrigerated insulation trucks, and each vehicle is awarded 0.8 million yuan, 15,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan per vehicle respectively, and the annual bonus fund per vehicle does not exceed 10% of the initial purchase price of the vehicle (subject to the unified invoice for the sale of motor vehicles).

6. Yiwu: The reward for a single vehicle does not exceed 2000 yuan

The subsidy standards in 2022 are: the total battery storage capacity of 40 (inclusive) kWh below the part, each kWh reward 30 yuan; 40-60 yuan (inclusive) kWh part, each kWh reward 25 yuan; more than 60kWh part, each kWh reward 20 yuan, a single vehicle reward does not exceed 2000 yuan.

7. Tongren: Green freight vehicles are subsidized by 20% of the purchase price

On September 19, 2019, the Office of Tongren Municipal People's Government issued the "Support Policy for the Construction of Green Freight Distribution Demonstration Projects in Tongren City".

In line with the requirements of the "Technical Specifications for the Operation of Urban Distribution Logistics Vehicles", light box or closed freight vehicles with a total length of less than 6 meters and a total mass of less than 4.5 tons.

After passing the acceptance of the urban green freight distribution demonstration project, the municipal finance will give a one-time reward of up to 30,000 yuan according to the standard of 20% of the vehicle purchase price.

8. Jinan: 5,000 yuan / car charging cost subsidy

On June 11, 2021, the General Office of the Jinan Municipal People's Government issued the Several Policies on Accelerating the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles. The policy is effective from 1 July 2021 until 31 December 2022.

The policy clearly stipulates that new energy vehicles are not subject to the restrictions on the prohibition of the relevant motor vehicles by time and by model, and are not subject to the restriction of tail number. For rural users who purchase pure electric commercial vehicles with a full load mass of 1.5 tons (inclusive), a charging subsidy of 5,000 yuan per vehicle will be given. Guide the express delivery and logistics industry tricycles to gradually update into micro passenger van new energy logistics vehicles, and give 5,000 yuan / car charging cost subsidy to those who update vehicles in 2021; 3,000 yuan / car charging cost subsidies for vehicles updated in 2022.

9. Shenyang: The highest reward for enterprises is 2 million yuan

Adjust and improve the policy of restricting the traffic of trucks, study and issue electronic traffic signs, and provide traffic convenience for new energy logistics vehicles. Incentives of new energy logistics vehicles and special vehicle manufacturers with sales of new energy logistics vehicles and special vehicles exceeding (including) 500 units within one year are 500,000 yuan, and 100,000 yuan is rewarded for each additional 100 sales, and the maximum amount of rewards is not more than (including) 2 million yuan.

10. Hefei: Give 3,000 yuan / vehicle operation reward

In May 2020, Hefei issued the "Notice on Printing and Distributing Several Policies to Promote the High-quality Development of New Energy Vehicles to Help Win the Blue Sky Defense War", which gives a one-time emission reduction incentive to the new sales of new energy vehicles sold by vehicle manufacturers according to the carbon reduction of the actual operation of the vehicle in the year, and gives the vehicle manufacturers a reward of not more than 4 yuan per kilogram of carbon for the reduction of logistics vehicles.

11. Shanghai: The maximum reward for fuel cell heavy trucks is 20,000 yuan

On November 3, 2021, the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the "Several Policies on Supporting the Development of the Fuel Cell Vehicle Industry in the City".

Before the end of 2025, fuel cell trucks with a mileage of more than 20,000 kilometers in each assessment year will be given operational incentives, and each vehicle will be rewarded for up to 3 years since the operation quota is obtained.

The annual reward for trucks with a total design mass of 12-31 tons (inclusive) shall not exceed 0.5 million yuan per vehicle, and the annual reward for heavy trucks with a total design mass of more than 31 tons shall not exceed 20,000 yuan per vehicle.

12. Puyang: Subsidized at 60% of the sales price of the vehicle

On November 8, 2021, the Puyang Municipal People's Government issued the "Several Policies of Puyang City to Support the Development of Hydrogen Energy and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Industry".
