In addition, it is necessary to set the unmanned flight mode status before returning and check the working status of the spacecraft, and also, astronauts should strengthen weightlessness protection exercises to make preparations for returning.
On October 16, 2021, astronauts Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping and Ye Guangfu boarded the Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center to enter the Tianhe core module, becoming the second batch of astronauts stationed on the Chinese space station. In the Shenzhou 13 manned mission, 3 astronauts, with the support of ground scientific and technological personnel, successfully completed 2 capsule departure activities and 2 "Tiangong Classroom" space teaching activities, carried out a number of scientific and technological experiments and application projects, Wang Yaping became the first female astronaut in China to carry out spacecraft activities, astronauts completed the docking of cargo spacecraft and space station through manual remote operation for the first time in orbit, and the space crew set a new record for the continuous flight time of Chinese astronauts in orbit, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of space stations.

In order to welcome the return of astronauts, the Dongfeng landing site of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center is ready. At present, all search and rescue forces at the Dongfeng landing site of the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center have all entered the field, and the major systems have carried out sub-system training, and many system-wide comprehensive exercises will be carried out in the follow-up.
