At that time, there was a faint worry in my heart.
In fact, my "Kikube" has actually not been very good.
In the past three or four years, there has been frequent constipation, as long as you eat too spicy and too oily, the meat around there will be swollen, from "soybeans" to "peanut beans", and then to the size of broad beans.
When you defecate, it will come out, but it is generally good to go back with your hands when wiping your farts, which is inconvenient for blood and does not hurt.
I saw a doctor once a few years ago, prescribed some medicine to eat, rubbed some hemorrhoid ointment, and did not affect normal life too much, so I have not cared.

After the supper, I came home and fell asleep (a bit over the drink). I was sleeping until I was confused, and I felt a little pain in my stomach, and I was very strong.

Although eating chili peppers is not the cause of hemorrhoids, chili peppers do aggravate the symptoms of hemorrhoids.
Many hemorrhoid patients often worsen their condition after a "no spicy and unhappy", and there is blood in the stool, prolapse and so on.

Location: A large tertiary hospital
In the middle of the night, I pulled twice, and although it didn't stain the urinal like the first time, there was still blood dripping down.
Moreover, I felt that Kikube's lump of flesh had swollen so much that it could no longer be pushed into the anus, and it was difficult to sleep all night!
Even with my steely will, I really can't stand this situation!
I went to the hospital early the next morning (fortunately I went to the hospital...). ）
The doctor is a cute uncle, a look of "reading countless chrysanthemums". He said, you go to the back and take off your pants, do a "fingerprint"!
So, a flower girl (although also 24 years old... With an embarrassed face, he walked behind the curtain.
Thankfully, my nurse sister was present, and I relaxed a little, took off my pants, and pouted my ass.
The doctor used his "skillful hand" to skillfully turn around and circle after circle in my chrysanthemum with lightning speed.
Then after comparing it with me, I realized that I had "mixed hemorrhoids (incarcerated)" and that it was more serious - the doctor said that surgery was recommended!
I, regret not being in the beginning!
There are generally 3 types of hemorrhoids:
The main symptoms of internal hemorrhoids are blood and prolapse in the stool;

I decided to do the surgery, so I went home the same day to get some hospital stuff and buy a tub for the postoperative sitz bath.
After undergoing intestinal cleansing, preoperative blood draw, and electrocardiogram (preoperative routine), I lined up outside at 4 p.m. to prepare for surgery.
My surgical method is "thread tying", which is the traditional external peeling and internal tying surgery, incising the hemorrhoids, ligating the internal hemorrhoids, causing the hemorrhoids to atrophy and necrosis, and then falling off.
Although the operation was relatively painful, the doctor told me that it was not easy to recur after the operation.
In general, because of the lower body anesthesia (so the lower body is basically unconscious), the operation is still quite relaxed, about half an hour to finish.
After leaving the operating room, I was still very satisfied with my performance. Two hours later, the doctor said it was time to eat. I even had a good appetite for two bowls of porridge.
After eating, all kinds of trepidation in the preoperative heart disappeared more and more, and even a little proud, it was like this, there was no special feeling.
However, he was soon punched in the face.
After 6 hours, the anesthetic will slowly fail, and the consciousness of the Kyobe surgical wound will be awakened. The pain slowly struck, and the feeling became more and more intense...
Fortunately, the doctor had prepared painkillers, and he couldn't stand it in the middle of the night, so he ate one.
There are more and more techniques for hemorrhoid surgery, but the principle of surgery is basically two categories:
One is external stripping and internal zlugging based on traditional techniques, which is simply to directly remove hemorrhoids;
The second is anastomotic surgery, ligation, suture and other surgeries based on the theory of downward displacement of pads, which is simply to lift the hemorrhoid tissue.
P.S. Do not be superstitious about the so-called "minimally invasive" and "laser" in the advertisements of some private hospitals.
What they call "minimally invasive" is actually a cyclic end-of-the-line anastomosis (PPH) of the supramus mucosa, which is not really a smaller wound than other surgical procedures; "playing a "no surgery" gimmick may delay the disease.

Location: Anorectal ward toilet
Put it this way, in front of the first postoperative stool, the half-hour hemorrhoid surgery was just a "little brother".
For each patient undergoing hemorrhoid surgery, the first bowel movement will generally be ushered in on the 2nd to 3rd day after surgery. The nurse will emphasize the bowel time with you: if it is more than 5 minutes and you have not pulled it out, you can stop.
Because for many people who have a sense of pooping, this is just a "feeling of swelling in Kikube", and it is not really a poop.
For example, I ran back and forth a few times and warmed up for the torture-like formal poop.
The last time, I felt very mean, I knew, it came, it came with glass slag!
The poop hasn't come out yet, and when it's on the edge of the mouth, it's really like a piece of glass slag pricking your flesh! And it's the slow version of the kind, accompanied by stomach pain, like coming to the great aunt...
As I gritted my sleeves and grabbed the armrest, I was still screaming in pain, as if I had gone through a century...
After I went to the toilet, my whole body rose up like a prostrate wall. But with a strong will, I still completed the last 2 actions - irrigating the anus and taking a warm sitz bath. Doctors say this not only cleans the anus, but also relieves pain.
Later, I learned that in fact, I was afraid of fecal pain, and I could find a nurse sister enema to help defecate, which would not be so painful and not easy to cause wound edema and bleeding.
I actually listened to the pot friend's "enema will hurt very much", am I stupid... Fortunately, I was so tossed in the toilet that the wound was not edematous.
The next hospitalization is basically to change the dressing, poop, sitz bath, change the dressing, and defecate. When you can move, you can walk a few more steps, otherwise it is easy to be constipated, but you cannot exercise vigorously.
On the 6th day or so, after ushering in the hemorrhoidal nucleus, I can obviously feel that the chrysanthemum has returned to the normal "chrysanthemum", refreshing and clean, without the burden of flesh and flesh!
After 7 days in the hospital, I left with my bag and was discharged! But it really heals completely, and doctors say it will take at least a month from the operation.
Finally, I would like to share with my patients that surgery is required if hemorrhoids seriously affect life, if hemorrhoids cause severe blood in the stool (anemia) or if they cannot be returned (incarcerated).
Postoperative recovery and complications vary from person to person.
The general rule is that the more serious the disease, the greater the postoperative pain and the longer the recovery time;
In addition, traditional surgery has a longer recovery time and greater pain because the knife edge is larger than that of minimally invasive surgery.
