CD Projekt has released a 1.52 patch for Cyberpunk 2077.

It's an update that fixes bugs, nothing new, and unlike last month's big release, the Game's PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions are finally available.

Still, there are dozens of tweaks, including the resolution of various technical problems. The archiving issue on the PlayStation has been resolved, and on the PS5, "wet roads will now be as reflective as the PC version".

On consoles, various "memory improvements and crash fixes" are mentioned, but not detailed.

Specific to the PlayStation, importing an archive when not connected to the PlayStation network will no longer block the option to continue the game. Also, another issue has been fixed, namely when you try to import a PS4 archive, in some cases back to a corrupted archive.

Yesterday, developer CD Projekt noted that a DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 is still in the works, even though the studio abandoned its own RedEngine technology in favor of Unreal Engine 5 when it started making the next Wizard game.

The next Wizard game may be a few more years away, but the question is how many plans CD Projekt has for Cyberpunk 2077 before that. Will the game have a new story? Will there be multiplayer? More characters? None of them are known

At the moment, CD Projekt is still polishing the base game version, which is probably the best outcome that players can afford.
