If the player is already a PS+ member, they will be automatically upgraded to the first PS+ Essential service after the new subscription system is launched. Membership fees and payment dates will also remain the same.

Of course, if the player has previously purchased a long-term membership stack. Membership prepaid time will be retained after the new subscription system is introduced.

So, how can players who are currently PS members upgrade the second and third subscription services? How much difference do I need to make?

IT Home understands that if players want to upgrade the second or third subscription system, the system will charge a pro-rata upgrade fee according to the remaining time of the current member. For example, if you purchased a one-year membership service 3 months ago, you only need to pay the upgrade fee for the remaining 9 months to upgrade.

Taking Hong Kong Service as an example, according to the PS + annual fee, the first gear upgrade and the second gear need to make up 17.25 Hong Kong dollars (about 14.54 yuan) per month, and the first liter and the third gear and so on. Of course, choosing the annual fee plan is 46% less than the monthly fee and 39% less than the quarterly fee.

It's worth mentioning that Sony requires game developers to provide a limited-time trial version of at least two hours for new games that require pricing above $34 (HK$266). Games are available for trial play within three months of release, with a minimum of 12 months of release, and games that have already been released are not affected. Of course, Sony will be responsible for the production of the time-limited trial without the developer's additional labor.
