In the "Innovative Applications" section, China Unicom disclosed the number of virtual private network service customers in the 5G industry, up from 1,238 in February. In the "smart operation" section, China Unicom disclosed two data, the problem solving rate of smart customer service customers in February was 97.4%, and the proportion of smart customer service smart services was 72.1%. In the "Scientific and Technological Innovation" section, China Unicom disclosed that as of the end of February, the cumulative number of authorized patents this year was 263.

The revenue of industrial Internet business increased by 28.2% year-on-year to 54.8 billion yuan, accounting for 18.5% of the overall service revenue.
