IT House March 21 news, tonight, AMD officially released the 3rd generation of Dragon processors equipped with 3D V-Cache, including 7373X, 7473X, 7573X and 7773X four models.

IT Home understands that the new Xiaolong processors are available in 16-core, 24-core, 32-core and 64-core processors, all equipped with 768MB L3 cache, and priced at up to $8,800 (about 56,056 yuan).

Compared with the previous third-generation Dragon processing, the new model uses 3D V-Cache, and each chip is equipped with 96MB of L3 cache, providing a total of 768MB of L3 cache.

AMD says the third-generation AMD EPYC processors powered by AMD 3D V-Cache technology are available today from a wide range of OEM partners, including Atos, Cisco, Dell Technologies, Gigabyte, HPE, Lenovo, QCT and Supermicro.

Microsoft Azure HBv3 virtual machines are now fully upgraded to the third generation of AMD EPYC with AMD 3D V-Cache technology. According to Microsoft, the HBv3 virtual machine is now the fastest adoption of the Azure HPC platform ever, with up to 80% performance improvements in critical HPC workloads compared to the previous series.
