Because of the epidemic, all primary and secondary schools in the city have now switched to online teaching. Some classmates are bored at home alone, and mental boredom and loneliness can be imagined. So, I'd love to talk to you about loneliness.
Because of the epidemiological investigation, the building where I lived was also closed. Mr. L upstairs texted me and said, "You and I are people who are not afraid of loneliness." "Yes, instead of feeling lonely and scary, I even enjoyed such a time in a way. In real life, people are like adding a top with a motor, spinning slowly and slowly, and they can't help themselves. When I closed the building, the most I did was read. The physical space has become narrower because of the epidemic, but reading has made my heart more extensive, thinking for thousands of years, and my heart is desolate. Reading can really make people no longer worry about the immediate gains and losses, because reading makes you have more things to care about, more problems that need to be considered. You can think with Zhuangzi about the meaning of the heart fast, you can also discuss the value of culture with Spengler; you can understand Zen in Wang Wei's poems, you can also think about life in the "Orchid Pavilion Collection"; you are worried about the war in the world, and you are lamenting the many difficulties of people's livelihood. In this process, your world will become very large, and you are willing to find a paradise in such a chaotic world that can place your heart; and you are also willing to use such a paradise to rebel against all the darkness and evil in the world.
Of course, I am destined to go out of the closed environment, because "being closed" and "fasting" are two things after all, closed, forced, no choice, heart fasting, is autonomous, is active choice, this is not a concept at all. However, from the perspective of life growth, being closed is to press a pause button on the "body" that is busy for livelihood, so that the long-distance estranged "heart" can have the opportunity to return and nourish.
