So, how do we achieve "sealing" without "crazy"? How to further improve their good psychological literacy, always face life optimistically, and learn happily? This may be a special period of anti-epidemic, we need to think together.
There is a saying that interest is the best teacher, and interest can sometimes become an antidote to your loneliness, loneliness and panic.
So, what is the interest? Interests are each person's own unique hobby. Therefore, during the stay-at-home period, we should especially be good at exerting our good interests and hobbies, so as to maximize and optimize the interests, so as to better enrich our "home life" and enrich our lives.
Teacher Qu's hobby is art creation, since graduating from college, I insist on painting and creating every day, painting with my heart, painting lyrically, painting to enrich my life, improve my artistic pursuit, painting skills, wonderful my art classroom teaching, but also drive me to use the brush to praise the spirit of the times.
For example, during the epidemic in 2020, I gave full play to my painting interests and strengths and created more than 100 anti-epidemic art works; I also developed 20 micro-courses of "Aesthetic Education in the Epidemic: Painting the Most Beautiful People in the Times" that students like to learn; at the same time, in the class of "2020 Special Teachers Start" and "Sketching: Paying Tribute to the Most Beautiful People of the Times", I used two easy-to-understand painting techniques of "Silhouette Observation Method" and "Detail Addition Method" to create our beloved Academician Zhong Nanshan on the spot I taught my classmates to use the language of sketch painting to express the touching stories that emerged in the fight against the epidemic, and to paint a map of the spirit of the times. These are examples of the combination of Mr. Qu's interests and the spirit of the times, and I would like to share them with my classmates.
