1. Activity time
10 days from March 22 to March 31, 2022.
2. Subsidy standards
(1) Fuel vehicles
Consumers will be given a subsidy of 1,000 yuan for fuel vehicles priced below 100,000 yuan (including 100,000 yuan), and 2,000 yuan will be subsidized for the purchase of fuel vehicles with a price of more than 100,000 yuan;
(2) New energy vehicles (including pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles; non-plug-in hybrid vehicles with reference to fuel vehicle subsidies)
Consumers will be given a subsidy of 1,500 yuan for new energy vehicles with a price of less than 100,000 yuan (including 100,000 yuan), and new energy vehicles with a price of more than 100,000 yuan will be subsidized by 2,500 yuan;
3. Subsidy objects
Natural person consumers (hereinafter referred to as car buyers, unlimited household registration) who purchase new passenger cars (new cars) of automobile sales legal person enterprises registered in the Rare Earth High-tech Zone (the list of automobile sales enterprises is attached) will be given automobile consumption subsidies, and the purchase price and time shall be subject to the unified invoice for motor vehicle sales. Units do not enjoy this policy when buying a car.
Fourth, the subsidy process
From 9:00 a.m. on March 22, 2022, the car purchase subsidy application channel will be opened. After the car buyers who participated in the event purchased the car and after going through the vehicle registration procedures, they searched for the "Rare Earth High-tech Zone" WeChat public account on WeChat, entered the "car purchase subsidy" channel after paying attention, and filled in their ID cards (front and back), unified invoices for motor vehicle sales (the invoice date must be from March 22 to 31), vehicle driving certificate, vehicle registration certificate, car buyer's bank card number, contact information and other information photos online according to the prompts.
The subsidy is carried out in accordance with the process of "online acceptance, background preliminary review, manual review, and timely issuance", and the management committee of the rare earth high-tech zone entrusts a third-party institution to review the information uploaded by the subsidy applicant, if there is incomplete, vague and unconfirmable information, the audit agency will immediately notify the car buyer to submit and improve the relevant information. Within 5 working days after the complete review of the information, the subsidy funds will be transferred to the car buyer's bank card. The deadline for applying for the car purchase subsidy is 24:00 on April 30, 2022, and the overdue period is deemed to be automatically abandoned, and the subsidy will no longer be given.
5. Reminder matters
1. The subsidy applicant shall be the car buyer (i.e. the owner of the motor vehicle), and the personal information shall be consistent with the personal identity card, unified invoice for the sale of the motor vehicle, vehicle driving certificate and vehicle registration certificate uploaded and submitted. Each car eligible for the subsidy can only claim the subsidy once;
2. The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the submitted materials, and if the applicant provides false information to defraud the subsidy, the car buyer will be disqualified from applying for the subsidy, recover the subsidy funds, and pursue the relevant responsibilities according to law;
3. Automobile sales enterprises should actively introduce supporting promotional programs to form preferential policies to promote consumption. Each strictly distinguishes between product sales preferences and government financial subsidies, and strictly prohibits the use of government financial subsidies instead of enterprise sales preferences. If the car buyer fraudulently obtains the government subsidy funds by forging sales invoices, the qualification for declaring the subsidy for the vehicle involved will be cancelled and the relevant enterprises will be investigated for responsibility according to law.
4. In order to expand the awareness of this automobile consumption promotion activity, this activity is advertised in Baotou Radio Station and other media, and automobile sales enterprises and the general public are invited to actively forward publicity to encourage more consumers inside and outside the city to buy cars in Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone.
5. The event is hosted by the Management Committee of Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone, and the Economic Development Bureau of Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone is responsible for organizing and implementing it.
