The Strong Museum in the United States has announced 12 candidate games for the 2022 World Video Games Hall of Fame, including well-known games such as Assassin's Creed, Resident Evil, and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

Not all of the games on the list will eventually join the World Video Games Hall of Fame, subject to player voting, which is due march 24.
