"Journey to the West" is broad and profound, many details in it are worth recalling, there is a problem that I don't know if everyone has thought about it, that is, Maitreya Buddha's boy Huangmei King took the race bag to kill the four sides, Sun Wukong helplessly found the Zhenwu Emperor, it is reasonable to say that as early as before, Guanyin Bodhisattva promised Sun Wukong "call the heavens and the earth spirit", but the Zhenwu Emperor politely rejected Sun Wukong, found some hands to fill the number, of course, these subordinates were also included in the race bag, why did there be a promise, the Zhenwu Emperor still did not help? After Sun Wukong became a Buddha, he learned the reason why the emperor did this. The following pot of porridge will talk about why.
Emperor Zhenwu
In fact, as mentioned in the previous article, although Guanyin Bodhisattva has a noble status, is one of the four great bodhisattvas of the Buddhist sect, and also ranks in the Five Directions and Five Elders in the Heavenly Court, he still can't do it if he wants to do it, and the only one in the Three Realms who can do this is the Jade Emperor Buddha-figure, the Lord of the Three Realms. Some friends said that Sanqing, Rulai is stronger than the Jade Emperor, so they do not look at the Jade Emperor in the eyes, nor will they obey the Orders of the Jade Emperor, which is not realistic, for example, the Jade Emperor will summon Rulai to surrender to Sun Wukong with an edict, everyone should pay attention to the jade emperor's name Rulai with will, he is Xuan Rulai, it is the order of the superior to the subordinate.
Another Jade Emperor was also nominally sanqing's superior, after Rulai surrendered to Sun Wukong, the Jade Emperor specially held an Antian assembly for him, and then ordered Sanqing to come and let Sanqing present a gift to Rulai, it is reasonable to say that Rulai is only one of the five elders of the five parties, the status is below sanqing, and the strength is not as strong as sanqing, but sanqing still does it, they are looking at the face of the jade emperor, so the lord of the three realms of the jade emperor is worthy of the name.
Guanyin Bodhisattva
Therefore, the whole thing is like this, Guanyin Bodhisattva asked the Jade Emperor for advice, and the Jade Emperor promised to give strong support to the sutra collection team, and the implementation was the eight words "called Tian Tian Ying, called the Earth Spirit", and then Guanyin relayed it to Sun Wukong. So since it was the Jade Emperor's promise, why didn't the Zhenwu Emperor carry it out, and only sent a few dragons, snakes, and turtles to fill the numbers? And they were also taken in human bags.
This is determined by the status and strength of the Zhenwu Emperor, from the status point of view, he is the Four Saints of the Arctic, directly under the dispatch of the Jade Emperor, Sun Wukong just took a verbal promise and of course could not adjust the Zhenwu Emperor, the emperor's original words are like this:
Now that the Great Sage of The Great Prophet has descended, he has to do it; it is just that the upper realm has no will and does not dare to act arbitrarily. If the Fa sends the gods, he is afraid that the Jade Emperor will see the sin.
Obviously, without the official will of the Jade Emperor, The Zhenwu Emperor did not dare to go out without permission, and he could not refute Sun Wukong's face, so he sent a few hands to charge the number, so that the two could not be offended.
In terms of strength, The True Martial Emperor really did not put the Yellow Brow King in his eyes, his treasures were innumerable, he wanted to be able to cover the sky with a soap yellow chess piece, clean up a Yellow Brow King where he could use him to personally go out on the horse, even if he went, he could not win the battle, some friends said, the five dragon gods and turtles and snakes will not also be taken by the family of the family? That's because Emperor Zhenwu didn't really want to help, otherwise with his magical powers, he could have predicted the backstage and magic weapon of the Yellow Brow King, and he would let his subordinates take the appropriate magic weapon to surrender the Yellow Brow King or directly tell the monkey Yellow Brow King's backstage, the reason why he let his men go empty-handed was obviously acting, because the bell must also be tied to the bell, and Maitreya Buddha's men are of course Mailiu Buddha to subdue.
Therefore, whether it is from the identity of the True Martial Emperor or the current status, only two people can drive the movement, one is the Jade Emperor, the Lord of the Three Realms, and the other is the Daoist Sect Supreme Yuan Shi Tianzun, in fact, this is also a precedent, a pot of porridge to quote the original book to solve the puzzle:
When I was in the north of Weizhen, I commanded the position of Zhenwu and cut down the demons and evils in the world, which was the edict of the Jade Emperor. Later, he put on his hair and feet, stepped on the snake god turtle, led the five thunder gods, the giant lion, and the beast poisonous dragon, and lowered the black qi demon atmosphere in the northeast, which was called by the Yuan Shi Tianzun.
That is to say, to let the Zhenwu Emperor out of the horse, one of these two can nod, one is the Jade Emperor, the other is the Yuan Shi Tianzun, and Sun Wukong can't move either, so his amulet called "Called Tian tian ying, called the earth spirit" is also aimed at the object.
