Biography
Chen Decai was born in October 1988. Master of Calligraphy of Nanjing Normal University, member of China Calligraphers Association, member of Jiangsu Provincial Book Association Xingfeng Construction Committee, member of Jiangsu Youth Book Association Seal Committee, director of Suqian Book Association, director of Suqian City Book Association, director of Engraving Committee, deputy secretary general of Suqian Youth Book Association, deputy secretary general of Suqian Education Book Association, vice chairman of Hubin New District Book Association.

In 2019, Chen Decai successfully passed the postgraduate examination of calligraphy majoring in Nanjing Normal University under the supervision of Chang Hanping, vice chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Book Association.
After entering the Southern Normal University, Chen Decai observed the lectures of Professor Huang Zheng, an expert in Dunhuang philology and language and literature. Huang Zheng is talking about the study of Dunhuang folk characters, in the words of Chen Decai, "opening a magical door", and the exclamation character can also be written like this.
Chen Decai said: "As a calligraphy teacher, I think that learning calligraphy needs to be interested, and every font and knowledge related to calligraphy must be contacted, so as to give children more possibilities. ”
