From March 6 to 12, Zhangjiakou Awards Plaza will hold 6 to 10 award ceremonies per day. It is understood that the length of the award ceremony at Zhangjiakou Awards Square ranges from 76 to 124 minutes. Before the daily award ceremony, Zhangjiakou Awards Plaza will have a 5-minute hot interaction, as well as a 15-minute theme song and theatrical performance, during which the transfer will be prepared for 10 minutes. The award ceremony will be followed by a 5-minute multimedia show. Volunteers responsible for guidance and etiquette work are also trained to provide booster services to athletes with disabilities when they need help.

"The height of the general iron horse is 1.2 meters high, and we have replaced the iron horse in the first two rows of the middle of the stage with a height of 0.6 meters, which is convenient for people with disabilities to watch the ceremony." Considering that the zhangjia's breath temperature is low and the tap water is cooler, the venue has installed a heating device in the outlet pipe of the barrier-free toilet. In order to facilitate the use of disabled athletes, the venue has lowered the height of tables and chairs and reserved a place next to the table for wheelchair parking. Even the beverages in the refrigerator are arranged in a staggered manner, ensuring that every row from high to low is complete.
According to the standards of the Winter Paralympic Games and the special needs of people with disabilities, Zhangjiakou Awards Plaza has been upgraded and maintained in terms of infrastructure, power guarantee, image landscape, guidance signs, barrier-free facilities, etc., to ensure that the needs of barrier-free operation and the needs of game operation services are met. At present, Zhangjiakou Awards Plaza has the conditions for running during the game.
