Some children's makeup does not have cosmetic filing information
At present, the mainland divides cosmetics into two categories: special-purpose cosmetics and non-special-purpose cosmetics, of which registration and filing management are implemented separately, and each has an approval number (special cosmetics) and a filing number (non-special cosmetics).
The approval number and filing number of cosmetics can be understood as the "identity card number" of the product, and the number entered on the website of the State Food and Drug Administration (https://www.nmpa.gov.cn/) (non-special cosmetics do not require the filing number, generally can be entered into the product name query), you can see the actual production enterprises of the product, product ingredients and other true and complete information.
Children's makeup products shall be managed in accordance with the filing of non-special cosmetics.
However, after searching for a large number of products, Hua Dad found that some children's makeup products did not have cosmetics on record, but only implemented the toy standard (GB6675).

It can be seen that the safety limit of cosmetics is much lower than that of toys, and products that meet toy standards do not mean that they meet cosmetic standards.
Therefore, without cosmetics filing, it cannot be regarded as "cosmetics", so children's makeup must not be bought!

Most products, including eye shadow, lipstick, blush and other products that come into direct contact with the skin, contain risk ingredients such as fragrance, talc, and propyl hydroxyphenyl ester.

All in all, Hua Dad recommends that unless it is necessary for occasions (stage performances, etc.), it is still not recommended for children to use makeup products.
