The total number of colonies indicates the degree to which the product is contaminated with bacteria and can reflect the hygienic quality of the product.
Exceeding the total number of colonies can lead to spoilage of the product, which can cause damage to the skin and trigger inflammation, especially in infants and young children with sensitive and delicate skin.

Problem item: Mixtures of methylchloroisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone with magnesium chloride and magnesium nitrate (methylchloroisothiazolinone: methylisothiazolinone is 3:1)
Methylchloroisothiazolinone is mainly used as a preservative, the ingredient has a certain irritation to the skin, easy to cause skin allergies, general use to be quickly removed, mostly used in cleaning products.
The Cosmetic Safety Technical Specification (2015 edition) stipulates that methylchloroisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone are mixed with magnesium chloride and magnesium nitrate (methylchloroisothiazolinone: methylisothiazolinone is 3:1), the maximum allowable concentration when used in cosmetics is 0.0015%, suitable for leaching products, and cannot be used simultaneously with methylisothiazolinone.
To put it simply, the concentration of "preservatives" in Tongrentang and Bawang, the two shampoo and hair care products, exceeds the prescribed range, and long-term use will cause damage to the skin.

According to the preliminary collation of the list of carcinogens published by the International Agency for Research on Cancer of the World Health Organization, p-phenylenediamine is in the list of 3 types of carcinogens.
Class 3 carcinogens refer to the current evidence that the article causes cancer in animals and humans is unclear, and the possibility of carcinogen is relatively small.
On January 17, 2022, the State Food and Drug Administration issued the Notice on 71 Batches of Unqualified Cosmetics (No. 6 of 2022), informing that a number of hair dye creams/hair dyes contain p-phenylenediamine, involving brands such as Denis, Diwei, Shoubang, Hongrui Kaixi, Xinpai, Gongxi, Haoxin, Beijiaxin, Dichen, Bailesi, Yingtao and other brands.

P-phenylenediamine is often used in hair dyes and has the effect of fixing color. Although hair coloring is not directly carcinogenic, frequent hair coloring or the use of inferior hair dyes increases the risk of cancer.
Whether you want to cover gray hair or pursue fashion, hair coloring should not be too frequent, try to control it within 2 times a year, and use hair dyes produced by regular manufacturers, and conduct allergy tests before dyeing.

2. Purple Baby Baby VE Skin Cream
Problem item: Detected to contain miconazole

On January 17, 2022, the Purple Baby Fang Infant VE Skin Rejuvenation Cream labeled as the entrusting party of Fujian Purple Makeup Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and the entrusted party to Zhangzhou Meihuang Daily Chemical Co., Ltd. was detected to contain the cosmetic banned component miconazole.
Using these products seems to have a "noticeable effect" on allergy symptoms such as eczema in your baby, but there is a high risk of side effects.
Ketoconazole and miconazole are broad-spectrum antifungal drugs that can be used to treat diseases such as skin fungal infections, but can cause skin allergies, gastrointestinal reactions (see nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, bloating, diarrhea), hepatotoxicity and other adverse reactions, and may also cause harm to the nervous system and immune system.
China's "Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications" (2015 edition) has listed ketoconazole and miconazole as prohibited components.

1. Avène
On January 26, 2022, Pierre Faber (Shanghai) Cosmetics Trading Co., Ltd., the operator of the Avene brand in China, was fined 100,000 yuan by the Shanghai Huangpu District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.

The company's registered and used Weibo account "Avene Doctor Face-to-Face" publishes advertisements containing medical terms, which violates article 17 of the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, which prohibits any other advertisements involving disease treatment functions and must not use medical terms or terms that are easy to confuse the goods being marketed with drugs and medical devices, which constitutes the use of medical terms in the advertisements published.
In this regard, the Huangpu District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau ordered Avène affiliates to stop publishing illegal advertisements and imposed an administrative penalty of a fine of 100,000 yuan.
2. Estée Lauder
On 21 January 2022, the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation issued an administrative penalty message in which Estée Lauder (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. was fined RMB2.38 million for publishing false advertising content through multiple channels.
According to the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision, from October 2019 to December 19, 2019, in order to promote the products of Special Skin Repair Muscle Diarrection, Estée Lauder (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. released videos or print advertisements with the main contents of "Youth Index + 77%" and "Soft + 17% Smooth + 20% Translucent + 15%" through Oriental Satellite TV, official websites and other channels, with a total advertising cost of 2,381,671 yuan.
The Shanghai Municipal Administration of Market Supervision and Administration held that Estée Lauder (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. designed, produced, represented and published the above advertisements on its own or by entrusting others to promote the products of Tering Repair Muscle Essence, which complied with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 2 of the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China and was the advertiser in this case.
The above-mentioned acts of the parties violated the provisions of the first paragraph of article 4 and the first paragraph of article 28 and the second paragraph of the "Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China", and published advertisement content that contained false or misleading information.
Order the parties concerned to stop publishing illegal advertisements, eliminate the impact within the corresponding scope, and impose a fine of twice the advertising fee, totaling RMB 2381670.
