In the third week after the Spring Festival, the job search activity of the talent market peaked again, the number of resume submissions increased by 10.5% month-on-month, the competition index further rose from 15.4 last week to 17.6, and an average of about 18 resumes were submitted for a vacant position, showing a hot situation of supply and demand.
Observing the supply and demand situation of talents in various industries in the third week, the scale of professional services/consulting recruitment rose to the first place, accounting for 11%, the activity of the job search end was also higher, the number of resumes submitted rose by 15.7%, the competition index rose from 15.1 last week to 17.2, and the average recruitment salary reached 11328 yuan / month.
In the third week, the large equipment/electromechanical equipment/heavy industry industry continued the demand expansion trend last week, and the recruitment scale rank rose from the tenth place last week to the ninth place, and the job continued to be released.
