On February 28, under the guidance of the Propaganda Department of the Yuexiu District Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was jointly sponsored by the Yuexiu District Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Yuexiu District CPPCC Cultural, Cultural and Historical Study and Liaison Committee. The "Yuexiu Chunnong - Yuexiu District Fine Arts Exhibition" co-organized by the Yuexiu District Artists Association and the Chen Shuren Memorial Hall was successfully opened at the Chen Shuren Memorial Hall.
On the occasion of commemorating the 138th anniversary of the birth of Mr. Chen Shuren, the pioneer of the Lingnan School, Chen Jinzhang, Chen Yongjun, Zhao Chiting, Wu Qizhong, Xu Qinsong, Lin Lan and other famous artists of the Lingnan School attended the opening ceremony and participated in the exhibition.
A total of 70 works were exhibited in the exhibition, including 13 art consultants of the Yuexiu District Literary Association, 11 art consultants of the Yuexiu District Artists Association and 16 members of the presidium of the Yuexiu District Artists Association. The works take landscapes, figures, flowers and birds as the carrier, and combine the aesthetic ideas of realism and romanticism to create an artistic image that infects and moves people, providing an unforgettable visual art feast for the public.
