Lingnan School of Painting

A school of painting composed of Cantonese painters. The founders are Gao Jianfu, Gao Qifeng, and Chen Shuren, referred to as "two high and one Chen". On the basis of Chinese painting, they integrate Eastern and Western painting methods, create their own style, focus on sketching, paint more southern Chinese styles and scenery, chapters, pen and ink do not fall into the cliché, bright colors, scholars are very numerous, it and the Beijing-Tianjin school, the Shanghai school three-legged stand- and become one of the three major painting schools that dominated the Chinese painting world in the 20th century. Father Gao Jian

He is a modern and contemporary Chinese painter, art educator, and one of the founders of the Lingnan School. Name Lun, word sword father, followed by lines of characters. He is good at painting landscapes, flowers, birds, animals, figure paintings, and long calligraphy. He has successively served as the president of Guangdong Provincial Industrial School, Guangzhou Municipal Art College and Nanzhong Art School, professor of art departments of Sun Yat-sen University and Central University, and president of Guangdong Art Association.

Gao Qifeng

One of the founders of the Lingnan School. Ming Song, Zi QiFeng, yi zi line, Gao Jian's father and brother. Gao Qifeng's painting skills, propositions and life experience are all influenced by his brother Gao Jianfu, who is best at feathers, animals and flowers, and is the most prominent in artistic sketching, making good use of color and ink rendering, and the painting style is neat and strong, real and poetic.

Chen Shuren

One of the founders of the Lingnan School. The original name zheng, the name rhyme, also known as zhe, alias "Ye Wai Yuzi", in the line of characters.
