Contacting us three times a year through maintenance service repairs is ideal. If you have more contact, it is broken! Basically, product problems, endless troubles and claims. However, in the past five years, especially in the innovation of electrification brands, it should be said that the communication and contact between car owners and car companies has undergone a qualitative change. Now whether it is our automotive products or everyone's definition of products, our daily services to users, including brand marketing, every electric vehicle owner, plays a very important role.
It turns out that the entire manufacturer is marketing, service, including product design and definition of the process, model has undergone qualitative changes. So now how to do a good job in the operation of the user community, how to make our products, services, and marketing a new level through the operation of the user community, a stage, which is now a problem that all manufacturers are very concerned about.

For the time, the hardware configuration of the car was very good, so I think the car was worth it. So on December 16, 2017, my wife and I booked online that night, until the car we picked up in 2018.
After picking up the car, my understanding was that it had nothing to do with me, because I would use the car later. This kind of thing means that it is done with the heart! So my biggest understanding is what is called user sentiment, other car companies are actually doing it in this regard, I think this is to see our entire new energy automobile industry, especially the new forces are trying to do something, the original traditional car companies have never done anything. So what I see now is the development of the whole industry, which is a very good way forward.
