1. Liver disease face
Normal people's face should be rosy and shiny, but when cirrhosis of the liver appears, the patient's skin will gradually become dull, there will be symptoms such as dark circles, capillary dilation at the tip of the nose, and in severe cases, there will be bronze facial performance;
The reason why there is a liver disease facial appearance is because the patient's own liver function is damaged, resulting in endocrine disorders, a large amount of melanin is produced in the body, and some patients can also be accompanied by low adrenal cortex function.
Because the facial skin is relatively weak, melanin will continue to accumulate on the face, thus changing the patient's original appearance.
2. Digestive disorders
In the stage of chronic hepatitis B, patients can be accompanied by digestive dysfunction, and after the development of cirrhosis, the symptoms will become more and more obvious, such as diarrhea after eating greasy food, oily nausea, bloating and so on.
Due to impaired liver function, bile secretion and discharge are blocked, and the digestion of fatty foods is weakened.

3. Fatigue
Almost all of the albumins needed by the human body are synthesized in the liver. After the appearance of cirrhosis, the function of its synthetic protein is weakened, and over time it induces hypoalbuminemia, and patients will therefore have fatigue.

4. There are disorders of blood clotting
The liver is involved in the operation of human coagulation, it is the main place for the production of coagulation factors, among the 12 kinds of coagulation factors necessary for the human body, the most important fibrinogen, prothrombin, etc., are synthesized in the liver.
These coagulation factors in turn will be involved in the activities of human coagulation and hemostasis. When the liver function is seriously impaired, there can be different degrees of coagulation disorders, such as bleeding gums and nosebleeds when brushing teeth, and it is difficult to stop the blood.
5. Pain in the liver area
Cirrhosis causes pain in the liver area, mostly because the development of the disease leads to hepatomegaly, and the surface of the liver is covered with a layer of liver envelope.
The liver envelope is different from the liver in that it is rich in peripheral nerves, and when the enlarged liver is pulled into the liver envelope, symptoms of pain in the liver area can occur. According to clinical data, 60% to 80% of patients have similar manifestations, especially after exertion.
