Li Rui'an, Zi (Wei Shi) was born in Xi'an in 1980, graduated from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, graduated from the Lishan Innovation and Research Center of Shaanxi Provincial Artists Association, and is now a member of The Shaanxi Provincial Artists Association, a researcher of the Lishan Innovation and Research Center of the Shaanxi Provincial Artists Association, a painter of the Shaanxi Contemporary Chinese Painting Art Research Institute, a director of the Shaanxi Provincial Flower and Bird Painting Research Association, and an executive vice president of the Shaanxi Guanzhong Painting Institute.
