Rednet Moment, February 20 (Reporter Tang Jieqiong) On February 19, Ferrari's new hybrid model 296 GTB debuted in Changsha, as the latest masterpiece of the two-seater Berlinetta model family with a mid-rear engine layout, the 296 GTB became the first road sports car equipped with the V6 external rechargeable hybrid system of the Prancing Horse, combining powerful power and extraordinary performance, announcing the arrival of a new era of Ferrari V6.

The Ferrari 296 GTB redefines driving pleasure with an exciting Prancing Horse experience, whether it's extreme driving or everyday driving. The new car's naming vividly captures Ferrari's dual vision of paying homage to the classics and looking to the future, combining its total displacement (2.992 l), the number of cylinders and the GTB abbreviation.
The most interesting thing is the power and handling of this supercar, the 296 GTB is the first Ferrari road car to use a new V6 engine, the maximum output of the engine is 663cv (about 488 kW), with a rear electric motor with an output of 122 kW, the comprehensive output of the new car is as high as 830 cv (about 610 kW), and with an excellent performance of 221 cv/l to refresh the power coefficient record of the mass production car. This not only maximizes practical performance, but also helps to further enhance driving pleasure, with a powerful dynamic performance that boosts the new car's top speed of 330 km/h, with a 2.9 seconds acceleration of 100 km/h and 0-200 km/h in just 7.3 seconds.
Impressive performance is attributed to the new powertrain, which includes a V6 turbocharged internal combustion engine that matches an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and electronic differential, as well as a kinetic motor generator unit located between the engine and transmission. In addition, Ferrari has developed new accessories specifically for the 296 GTB, including transition management brakes and 6-way chassis dynamic sensors, which are world-class firsts in the automotive sector.
Smooth switching between pure electric and hybrid modes is a core feature of the 296 GTB sports car, with both power modes playing an important role in dynamic driving and working in tandem with the traditional Manettino knob by a power output management selector. Among them, the eManettino control button can switch four different power control modes: eDrive mode, hybrid mode, performance mode and qualifying mode, which can meet the different needs of car owners. Not only that, the 296 GTB sports car adopts a simple and elegant shape, full of dynamics, and at the same time, the space in the trunk is increased, which also caters to the daily driving needs of the owner.
The 296 GTB is also available as an optional Asset Fiorano kit, which includes lightweight components and aerodynamic modifications to meet the needs of customers for a peak performance experience on the track. In addition, Ferrari has designed a special livery inspired by the Ferrari 250 Le Mans for customers who ordered the Assetto Fiorano configuration.
The new car debuted in Ferrari's Changsha showroom, which has many highlights and new designs, providing a unique customer interaction experience, including a series of core functions such as "welcome desk", "product interactive wall" and "heritage library", which makes people more deeply immersed in the wonderful world of Prancing Horse.
