On February 15, the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission announced the 2021 evaluation results of the National Enterprise Technology Center, and Changan Automobile Group ranked first in the industry and second in the country with a score of 97.1, setting a record high!
Technical strength, authoritative certification
The identification and operation evaluation of the National Enterprise Technology Center is led by the National Development and Reform Commission, which aims to identify the enterprise technology centers with strong innovation ability, good innovation mechanism and large leading demonstration role, so as to encourage and guide the backbone enterprises in the industry to drive industrial technological progress and innovation ability.
The evaluation was conducted from three dimensions: innovation input, innovation conditions and innovation performance, covering 1744 enterprises across the country. Among them, only 72 enterprise technology centers scored more than 90 points, which was rated as excellent. With an excellent score of 97.1 points, Changan Automobile Group ranked first in the industry and second in the country.

Every year, 5% of sales revenue is invested in research and development, and since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", it has invested more than 123.5 billion yuan.
As of the end of January 2022, Changan Automobile has a total of 6241 patents, including 1634 invention patents, covering 12 fields such as vibration and noise, crash safety, chassis testing, etc., with a total of 180 laboratories.
In August 2021, the Changan Automobile Science and Technology Ecological Conference was officially opened, and a number of innovative achievements such as a new generation of super-collector electric drive and a domestic all-scenario digital twin development open platform were unveiled. At the same time, Changan Automobile released the "New Car, New Ecology" development strategy for the first time, adhering to technology as the core driving force, creating "6337" technical capabilities, and pressing the acceleration button for the full realization of the transformation of intelligent and low-carbon travel technology companies.
In order to achieve the "6337" technical planning and capacity building goals, Changan Automobile will fully invest in three aspects: organization, manpower and capital:
Innovate to create a new organization of science and technology genes, form a strategic scientific and technological organization force, and achieve the goal of the source of new automobile technology innovation
Continue to recruit new talents in digital technology, and form an original development team of "new energy + software system + intelligent assisted driving"
Increase investment in science and technology, during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, it is planned to invest 150 billion yuan, of which 70 billion yuan will be used for research and development of new automobile-related technologies
