After the construction of the Songshan Lake base, Huawei will usher in the construction of a large number of regional headquarters, the scale of action is huge, and it is obvious that it is still necessary to develop the attitude.

On February 14, the relevant meeting in Tianjin again mentioned the construction of Huawei's Tianjin regional headquarters. The total land area of Huawei's Tianjin regional headquarters project is about 31,400 square meters, of which the usable land area is about 16,400 square meters, the planned volume ratio is ≤ 2.71, the parking space for motor vehicles is ≥ 300, and the total planned construction area is about 65,400 square meters, the focus should be on cultivating artificial intelligence advantage industrial clusters and forming an industrial ecosystem with national demonstration effects.

Huawei will build the country's first regional headquarters in Fuzhou, the Fujian Regional Headquarters, and on December 1, 2021, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. successfully bid for an industrial site in Xindian Town for 4.5 million yuan, marking the official landing of Huawei's Fujian Regional Headquarters in Jin'an District, located on the south side of Xiushan Road and the west side of Panshi Road in Jin'an District, covering an area of 12.85 acres.

Huawei already has a base in Suzhou, located on Sangtian Island in Suzhou Industrial Park, and construction began in 2012. The base covers an area of 647 acres, with a total construction area of about 760,000 square meters, and is one of Huawei's four major R&D bases in East China. In November 2019, Huawei's Soviet Research Institute was relocated to the Kuwata island base.

However, in the future, Huawei will further increase investment in Suzhou, and Huawei's "four headquarters" will land and settle in Huawei's Santian Island base. Among them, the "four headquarters" include Huawei's China Government and Enterprise Headquarters, Huawei's China Cloud and Computing Headquarters, Huawei's EBG Global OpenLab Headquarters, and Huawei's WLAN Global R&D Headquarters.

Specifically, Huawei's "six centers" in Suzhou include the Industrial Internet Empowerment Center, the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center, the Intelligent Connected Vehicle Test Center, the Digital Industry Chain Collaboration Center, the Digital Governance and Service Demonstration Center, and the ICT Talent Training Center.
