On February 14, the situation of new crown epidemic prevention in Suzhou was suddenly tense.
As of 11:00 on the same day, there were 7 cases of confirmed new coronary pneumonia in Suzhou's "2.13" epidemic, including 2 ordinary cases and 5 mild cases; and 1 asymptomatic infected person.
Of the 8 positive infected, the youngest was a 3-month-old baby girl. After her family took the lead in diagnosing the diagnosis, she was found to be positive for nucleic acid in the close screening, and finally diagnosed as an ordinary type.
Suzhou has 6 municipal districts. The trajectory of the activity shows that all 8 infected people have a history of working or living in suzhou industrial park. At the same time, there are 5 infected people living in Wujiang District, Wuzhong District and Gusu District.
According to the needs of epidemic prevention, from 6:30 on the 14th, Suzhou Industrial Park launched nucleic acid testing for all employees. From 7:00 on the same day, Wuzhong District carried out regional nucleic acid testing for all residents of Mudu Town, Luzhi Town, Changqiao Street, Guoxiang Street and Chengnan Street.
The "Suzhou Epidemic Prevention and Control Notice No. 7 of 2022" issued in the early morning said that from now on, the social control will be comprehensively strengthened and various public gathering activities in the city will be cancelled. Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Suzhou have been suspended. Offline training institutions will be suspended. Closed places such as movie theaters, chess and card rooms, Internet cafes, KTV, game halls, and bars are temporarily closed.

Two rounds of the epidemic in 4 days, no association was found
"Efforts should be made to find out the source of infection." At 12:30 on the 14th, Suzhou held a press conference on epidemic prevention and control. Gu Haidong, member of the Standing Committee of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor of the Suzhou Municipal Government, said so.
At the press conference, the Suzhou Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported that the preliminary analysis results showed that the "2.13" epidemic was infected by the Aomi Kerong variant strain. At present, no connection between the current round of epidemic and the "2.10" epidemic has been found.
The "2.10" epidemic in Suzhou refers to the fact that on February 10, during the routine testing of personnel in high-risk positions (imported goods), a case of asymptomatic infection of new crown pneumonia was found in the city. The person is a staff member of an enterprise and is engaged in the work of receiving and sending imported materials (imported non-cold chain goods) from warehouses.
According to the "Suzhou Epidemic Prevention and Control Circular No. 6 of 2022", as of 8 o'clock on February 13, a total of 14,737 people (including 52 people and 208 people in close contact) were screened in Suzhou, and the nucleic acid test results of the two times were negative.
By the late night of the 13th, "Suzhou Release" and other official announcements, in the fever clinic patients and "willing to check the due diligence" personnel, found that 4 people nucleic acid test initial screening and review results were positive.
Subsequently, these 4 people, as well as colleagues, family members, and sisters-in-law who had close contact with them, were successively diagnosed with infection. At present, 8 positive infected people have been transferred to designated hospitals for treatment in a closed loop. Suzhou city has cumulatively tracked and checked the close contacts, sub-close contacts and other key groups of risk groups, and the nucleic acid samples are negative.
As of noon, Suzhou has sealed and controlled a total of 39 related areas. Among them, 1 sealing and control area and 2 control areas are located in Kunshan. According to the "Shanghai Release" WeChat public account, in order to block the cross-regional spread of the epidemic, the operation of the Kunshan section of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 11 (Zhaofeng Road Station, Guangming Road Station, Huaqiao Station) was suspended from 12:00 on February 14. Recovery time re-line notification.
A number of hospitals have been closed and "designated" hospitals have been set up
Do not miss the treatment of special groups
Among the 8 positive infected people, 4 had a history of fever diagnosis and 1 had visited the respiratory department of the Municipal Hospital (Headquarters).
Suzhou city said that it has fully implemented the control of epidemic-related hospitals. The General Hospital of the Children's Hospital of Soochow University, the Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Xinghu Hospital of the Industrial Park, and the Municipal Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine have suspended outpatient emergency services, and Jiangsu Shengze Hospital and Suzhou Kowloon Hospital have suspended fever diagnosis services.
At present, all those who visit at the same time as nucleic acid positive personnel have been hospitalized for observation. All relevant staff have implemented control measures and have completed nucleic acid sampling. Environmental disinfection has been completed in the relevant areas.
It is reported that Suzhou will strictly implement the fixed-point admission and treatment of fever diagnosis and implement closed-loop management.
Access to medical treatment for special groups of people has also been established. There are 9 new designated hospitals in Huang code, the Designated Wujiang District Children's Hospital is designated as the Urban Yellow Code Children's Designated Hospital, and the Wuzhong District Luzhi People's Hospital is tentatively designated as the designated hospital for dialysis treatment of Yellow Code Hemodialysis Personnel.
The lives of the public have not been affected
"The community was notified in the middle of the night and started doing nucleic acids in the morning."
"** Supermarket vegetables and meat are well supplied, there is no price increase. The biggest problem is the large number of people, about 100 people waiting in line for weighing. ”
"Enough food at home for a few days, don't rush to buy." Wait until you are notified that you want to test for nucleic acid, and then go downstairs. ”
On the morning of the 14th, the "medical community" learned from a number of Suzhou citizens that communities, schools, etc. have released relevant information about the epidemic. Some respondents are working from home, but their lives have not been greatly affected.
Mr. L, who lives in the Suzhou Industrial Park, told the "medical community" that nucleic acid testing was being promoted in separate buildings in his community. At about 8:00 a.m., there were many people waiting in line, and the queue time was expected to be about 2 hours.
By about 12 noon, Mr. L said that the community express had resumed. Subsequently, he went to the sampling point in the community for nucleic acid testing, and only 20 people were in line. When there were still 10 people in the queue, the test tubes were exhausted. The staff said that the testing equipment would wait half an hour to arrive.
"Now you can get in and out of the neighborhood. Tomorrow the notification can go to work, with the test note on the line. At about 15:00, Mr. L said he was on his way out for a run.
