It is understood that Yin Zheng likes to play football and basketball since he was a child, and he often participates in school sports meetings in junior high school and has won many awards.

Yin Zheng's mother, Jiang Linhui, said that when Yin Zheng was in his second year of high school, the school's physical education teacher took a fancy to him and thought he was a good seedling for practicing sports, mobilized him to participate in amateur sports training, and said that "after practicing the college entrance examination, you can get extra points." Since his sophomore year of high school, Yin is participating in amateur sprint training at school. Subsequently, he was successfully admitted to Beijing Sport University. Later, he became an ice and snow athlete through cross-border cross-sports selection.

Yang Kang had been a teammate with Yin Zheng for more than a year.

"Almost one meter eight tall, only 120 pounds, lean, running fast, usually do not like to talk, is to love to study, think..." This is his initial impression of Yin Zheng.

In Yang Kang's view, the reason why Yin Zheng has been able to achieve today's results is also due to his extreme seriousness and hard work in training.

Steel frame snowmobile sports have certain risks. When he first started his gliding training, Yin Zheng needed to constantly explore the taxiing route, and once he didn't control it well, his ribs would hit the handlebars.

"At that time, the upper, lower, left and right of his ribs would be hit, and he was already thin, his ribs and stomach were often bruised and red, and he was also in so much pain that he cut a yoga mat, wrapped up the injured places, played a shock absorption role, and continued to insist on training." Yang Kang said.

"Snow sports often look at an athlete's 'weight squat ratio', that is, the weight ratio of their own weight and squat load, generally reaching 1:1.2 is a better athlete." After more than three years of hard training in the national team, Yin Zheng's weight squat ratio has reached 1:2.1, and his weight has increased from the initial 120 kg to 200 kg. Yang Kang said that after a lot of training, Yin Zheng will also have knee pain, waist pain, and muscle ligament strain, but in order to maintain his ability, he never relaxes on his training and related work.

"Some teammates are injured, they are reluctant to write a training diary, only write 'I am injured', but after Yin Zheng is injured, he will analyze the reasons for his injury in the training diary and think about how to avoid it in the future." Yang Kang said.
