Fuzhou, February 12 (China News Network) -- The 2022 Cross-Strait Folk Culture Festival kicked off on the 12th in Fuzhou Liangcuo Characteristic Historical and Cultural District.

With the theme of "Folk Customs Heart, Cross-Strait Blessing", the event involved hundreds of intangible cultural heritage (referred to as "intangible cultural heritage") projects, and set up 6 functional area modules such as Shifu Welcome, Cross-Strait Folklore Exhibition Hall, and Street Art Collection, showing the folk culture of the same root and the same lineage on both sides of the strait.

At the same time, the event selected 7 ancient houses that have been repaired in the Liangcuo Characteristic Historical and Cultural Block as exhibition halls for 6 districts and 6 counties in Fuzhou, high-tech zone and Taiwan, so that the folk customs display can be integrated into the village and restore the original appearance of folk life.

At the launching ceremony, the relevant guests presented plaques to the representative representative inheritors of the fifth batch of intangible cultural heritage in Fuzhou. Taiwanese craftsman Huang Shoukun was selected into the "List of Representative Inheritors of the Fifth Batch of Municipal Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Projects in Fuzhou" with the "Fuzhou Lacquerware Decoration Technique Project", and was also awarded a medal on the same day.

"Every year the treasure island is full of cross-strait love, and the rongcheng city is full of the hearts of the same robe." Approaching the Taiwan Exhibition Hall of the Folk Culture Festival, the Yang Lian, which highlights the love of Rongtai, is particularly eye-catching, creating a festive atmosphere of the festival. The museum focuses on displaying Taiwanese folk customs and handicrafts such as crane fist, wind lion master, paper cutting, etc., and promotes tourism and carries out live broadcasting with goods.

Huang Shoukun brought with him an unfinished work. In his hand, an old door panel was designed as a dry brewing tea table, the main part of the paint, push light, showing a mirror light and brilliant color, he used lacquer art to write the red "Fu" characters in various fonts; the two parallel grooves originally used to insert the door bolts were inlaid with cork, thus becoming an installation work of cork painting, lacquer art and Fu culture.

In 2017, Huang Shoukun came to Fuzhou from Taiwan to establish Fujian Mushilian Culture and Art Co., Ltd. to carry out the restoration of lacquer art and the creation of comprehensive materials, and at the same time carry out teaching and receiving apprentices on both sides of the strait.

"I hope to integrate the intangible cultural heritage craftsmen on both sides of the strait and build an 'intangible cultural and creative handicraft village' in Fuzhou." Huang Shoukun said that as a representative inheritor of Fuzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage, we should work harder to implement the responsibility of "inheritance".

The "one family on both sides of the strait" special concert of songs between Fujian and Taiwan, and the theme reading activity of reading a book on both sides of the strait have made the strait situation and the Rongtai rim the main line running through this folk customs event. The folk culture festival also set up a Matsu sub-venue, through the connection of "cloud" to perform "Swinging", "White Horse Venerable", "Marshal Tiandu" and other Matsu characteristic folk programs.
