In terms of appearance, the official picture released this time is the AMERICAN version of the SPORTAGE PHEV, which as a whole continues the exterior design of the new generation of long-wheelbase models, and is equipped with X-Line appearance kit, large-size dot matrix mid-net, LED daytime running lights similar to boomerang style and diamond-shaped headlights and other design elements have a strong recognition. At the same time, the new car also provides black decorative components, including grilles, exterior mirrors and 19-inch rims, all of which have been blackened to make the overall effect more personalized.
In terms of interior, the new car also continues the design of the fuel version model, equipped with a three-frame steering wheel and a double screen formed by a full LCD instrument and a central control screen, and the air conditioning control area adopts a touch button layout, and the knob shift mechanism and the arrangement of physical buttons are also consistent with the fuel version model.
In terms of configuration, the new car will be equipped with Android Auto 4 and CarPlay mobile phone interconnection functions as well as an ADAS system that includes lane keeping assist, anti-collision warning system, reversing collision avoidance system, and driver attention detection. In terms of power, the plug-in hybrid system on the new car consists of a 1.6T turbocharged engine and an electric motor with a maximum power of 66.9 kilowatts, matching a 6-speed automatic transmission.
