Previously, in view of the phenomenon of infringement of personal information such as illegal acquisition of apps, over-range collection, and excessive claims from the masses, the working group detected the collection and use of personal information of 100 apps of common types and used by the public in large quantities, and conducted point-to-point notification of problematic apps, and ordered the illegal Apps to be rectified within a time limit.
After retesting and verification, there are still 38 apps that have not been rectified as required, and there are illegal collection and use of personal information. These 38 apps include utility micro-bookkeeping, great aunt calendar, wedding time, etc., online shopping princess shopping, global black card, etc., learning education Aixiu English, as well as e-books, marriage and love dating, etc.
The notification requires that, in view of the problems found in the inspection, the relevant App operator should complete the rectification within 10 working days from the date of the issuance of the notice, and send the rectification report to the corresponding email address with the official seal. Local cyberspace administrations provide guidance and urge app operators to carry out rectification within the required time limit. If the rectification is not completed within the time limit, the Zhejiang Provincial App Special Governance Working Group will be disposed of in accordance with laws and regulations.
