After 7 p.m., some residents who had eaten dinner and were walking along the Seki River suddenly heard a loud noise. "There was a car that fell into the river! Call the police, hurry up! Several residents who returned to their senses quickly pulled out their mobile phones to call the police.
"We saw the car float on the water for almost 10 minutes before sinking." A merchant near the Seti River told Cover News that they were busy in the store when they suddenly heard a loud noise outside and saw a cart floating on the river when they went out.
"It was here that the car washed up and fell into the river. It should be that when the car was washed and ready to go, the car hung upside down and accidentally rushed into the river. The accident was due to the saying that "the car was accidentally poured into the river", which was recognized by many surrounding citizens. But more detailed details, which are not available due to a lack of direct witnesses.
After the accident occurred, Rongchang Fire and the police received the alarm and quickly arrived at the scene to carry out rescue. From the video taken by residents of the Chuansanbin Harbor Community, it can be seen that rescuers have been searching and rescuing in the river for about 5 hours. It was not until around 0:30 on the 10th that the crashing vehicle was found and salvaged ashore by a crane. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 people in the car were killed, and only 1 escaped.

People familiar with the matter revealed that the child's biological parents divorced when he was 4 years old. At the time of the accident, it was the boyfriend of the child's mother, Ms. Huang, who was driving the vehicle.

Funeral home staff said that the forensic doctor will conduct an autopsy on the four deceased, and the family of the deceased will be notified as soon as the results come out.
